I ordered my things about a month and a half ago. They said my moisturizer was out of stock and asked me if i wanted to replace it. I agreed and got the older version of the cream which was a 9 cents difference. They had the audacity to ask me for $0.09, and ask to kindly settle the amount. When they were the ones who sold me out of stock items. Like do you not have a loss protection? All of their order take a long time to come so dont even bother.
I placed an order of some Japanese brand products on Dec 31 2021, the order didn't get posted until Jan 7 from US. After 3 whole months, the provided tracking didn't work, the order have not arrived and the order status marked completed. It's totally a scam!

So, I normally use a shampoo called some by mi its a good shampoo and suits my hair and scalp, and when I was looking for the product after coming to Canada, I couldn't find it except this website. So naturally, I ordered and I exclusively selected "Express Shipping" which costs extra.
Now I am waiting for almost a month now, Ordered it on February 6th, and it's still in shipping, I just don't know if it will ever arrive.
Update: I got my product but it took almost 1 month when I selected express shipping I expected 7 days or less not 1 month!. The Products however was fully intact and no spills or scratches and I got the authentic products and no problem there but the shipping time must be fixed or at least let the customers know it takes 1 month!
Stay away from this company! Ordered item 2 weeks ago and it's still not shipped. It will take over 1 month or more to receive some shampoo? Not worth it. Buy it somewhere else

I paid extra for insured shipping and they sent me a smashed bottle that soaked the rest of my shipment. I sent 6+ emails over the course of a month (falsely assuming they would honor the "insured" shipment) and received no response whatsoever. ((this was also by no means a "cheap"/inexpensive order))
I then sent msgs and made public comments on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other social media. They finally responded with automated/public responses on Facebook, promising to accelerate my complaint/to send me an email within 1-2 hrs, but nothing has happened.
Assume if something goes wrong with your shipment, they will not respond or fix the problem (even if you pay extra for the shipping insurance).
This site allows you to purchase items but when it takes forever to process your purchase, they'll claim items are not in stock. 4 weeks after my purchase I finally gave up and demanded a refund. If you are still waiting, give up and demand your money back. If you have yet to make a purchase, go somewhere else or be prepared for a horrendous shopping experience! I only gave 1 star as it was the lowest possible. If not, 0 stars would be my option.
They say they ship within 24 but they lie about their items being instock and about shipping so have fun waiting a month+ for their next shipment of products to come in then another 2 or 3 weeks for shipping. I placed my own order on Jan 9th, all items were in stock but this is one of those company's that back order and don't acknowledge it on the site. After emailing they refused to acknowledge this but told me to wait till they receive their new shipment of products on Feb 3rd and then wait as long as it takes for them to unpack, check, and process to receive an estimation for shipping.
I spent extra money on shipping and regret it. I bought these products to receive before a surgery to help boost morale a bit and honest this was a huge drain. I regret trying to save a few bucks by using this company next time I'll use a more creditable company.
One good thing is they reply to emails within 2 days but their replies are not helpful as telling me the projected processing means nothing if the company doesn't even have the items their selling.
At this point I just hope the products aren't fake and that I wasn't scammed out of my money.
Terrible customer service experience. Have bought few skincare products from Stylevana.
It says in their email it delivers within 2 - 3 days. (in there website it even says within 24 hours)
However, today already on the 4th days and I have sent 4 emails to their support team but no reply.
But in the second email it says already left their warehouse but again I haven't receive any email from them to notify me with tracking number. So, I am still waiting their reply until now! Hopefully there an answer. Anyway, for those of you who want to buy cosmetics or skincare better go to another trustworthy website and reliable such as Amazone. The order is still in transit since the 3rd of December 21. I ordered the items on the 20/11/2021.
I only had one email back from them telling me to wait and then contact them if not received so they can notify the shipping company. I emailed them 4 times and still no answer. What a waste of time and money…
I am currently having an issue with my parcel. Indeed, it's been 20 days now that my parcel have been « Tracking number allocated & order ready » (since the 8th of December 2021) and the tracking of it haven't moved since then. My parcel haven't moved and is still in Hong Kong.
I understand that there might be some delays due to COVID and Christmas but 20 days for a parcel not to move when my previous order arrived perfectly in time. It's seriously annoying to have to have an issue with them for them to send our stuffs properly or either you're part of the PR influencer and get your stuffs fast but if you're a random customer like I am, you have the time to die before you'll get your parcel or even an answer from their customer's service wether it's by email or instagram. They be sending the same damn automatic message to everyone literally discharging themselves for their own mistakes. I don't think I will ever repurchase back from Stylevana even though the prices are very affordable but I'd rather pay more on website's like Yesstyle or IBBI and know I'll get my parcel without any issues.
I order on the 21st of last month, but I didn't receive my order even after 29 days. They only tell me the tracking number and tell me to wait because they sent the order. I received this answer after sending several emails.
Made two orders from this website. In both times I ordered things that were "in stock, and ships within 24 hours" according to their website. And each time my order stays in "processing" status for weeks until I reach out to them and then they respond after days with A very cold your times are not in stock and we're waiting for it to be back in stock without even apologizing. First time I even paid for an express shipping (that didn't even matter to them to at least send me an email). Anyway first time I randomly choose a couple of items to replace the out of stock items I had ordered for them to ship it. Second time I was also the one to reach it asking where my order is and get the same cold response from Kelly that says that 2 items are not in stock hand I'm gonna have to wait for a month or so "if everything goes smoothly". I told her to ship the already in stock item and then ship the rest later when they are in stock or just cancel them and refund me their amount, days later she replies by saying they can't split the order and the in stock items total is $42 dollars so I'm not eligible for free shipping that way and if I want them to be shipped I have to pay $4.99.
Bottom line I never dealt with anyone who runs their business their way. I understand that mistakes happen but when they do you take responsibility but apparently they don't know a thing about customer service.
Terrible customer service experience. Have bought lots of cosmetics and skincare products from Stylevana, however the Etude house bling stick has caused my eyelids to swell. I have been using the Etude house bling sticks for a few years now which I have bought from other sources including the original store in Singapore and have no issues with it. So this came to me as a surprise when the products caused my eyelids to swell. I have contacted them the first time of using it when my eyes were swollen however didn't reply as I wanted to give it another chance. A few weeks later, tried it again without other products and can confirm that it was indeed the Etude house bling sticks that were causing the swollen eyelids. Have contacted the customer service team again with photos however they simply replied they are unable to help since I have not responded to their previous message. This is very disappointing to hear that the Stylevana customer service team is not empathetic in assisting their customers especially after adverse reactions were caused by their products. If this was a case of a missing delivery, then I can accept that. However, this is clearly an issue with the products and it seems to me that Stylevana is denying responsibilities for counterfeit/fake products? Truly a disappointing experience.
They have also deleted my reviews on their website. Notice how there are no negative reviews on their site at all? Clearly, there isn't any transparency given that they have been deleting negative reviews. Seems dubious and honestly only leads to the confirmation that Stylevana is unable to guarantee its product authenticity and is simply shirking responsibility.
Stylevana is a great store to but many of the most popular Korean beauty brands. From good quality to high end luxury brands, Stylevana has it all in the skincare and makeup category. The also have many other benefits such as "Vana Rewards" where you can earn points toward future purchases. They have an affiliate program as well where you can of course earn commission based pay. And finally, an influencer program where you are given a rather large box or the next months popular brands and after doing an unboxing video, you can review each product and you're given a unique code that when used by others when purchasing products with not only provide them with a discount but pays the influencer a small commission as well. Jocelyn- the person on charge of the Influencer, is very kind, is very helpful, and ready to answer any questions. Excellent customer service.

I made two orders on 2/5/2021 - That was a TOTAL MISTAKE! Now, I am filing a dispute charge against them because they are selling things what they don't have, then withholding your money and keeping on making wishful "promises."
If you made pmt via your credit card, you have only up to two months to file a dispute charge, and hopefully to get your money back as what I am trying to do.
Also, I just received another order after filing a dispute charge. They sent me four times less quantity than what is listed on their website. I bought Kose Masks-4 pcs each (you can find it on their website); they sent me each piece counted as one unit and not each box.
To conclude, be aware and DO NOT buy here! There are many truthy and helpful reviews about this business. So, please read them before it's too late!

- Product selection: has a very large selection of products, and carries a lot of popular Korean brands for both makeup and skincare (eg. COSRX, Iunik, Benton, Klairs, 3CE, etude house, romand). You can probably find what you are looking for on their website
- Price range: very affordable, prices are generally lower on Stylevana compared to those found on other websites that also sell Korean beauty products
- Shipping: ships internationally, shipping time is quite fast
I'm not ordering much makeup as of late as we've been under a "Shelter in Place" order here in NYC for what seems like forever, but my favorite Korean Beauty store to order from is definitely Stylevana. At one point they had a promo for buy 3 get 1 free & they hadn't made it clear that it couldn't be used w/coupons. I wrote them about it and they sent me my missing compact form Hong Kong very quickly. They also have very inexpensive clthing which most people pass by, but if you sort by price you'll get amazing deals.
Answer: A COMPLETE SCAM. I made an order with insured shipping, didn't receive any parcels despite they claiming it was "delivered", and their customer service is THE WORST. They're not helpful at all. Please buy in other site.
