If I could give 0 stars, I would. I'm so frustrated right now. And all the reviews saying "I made sure that all the items I selected were in stock" can shove it. I did the same - I even triple checked to make sure everything I picked were the 24h in stock ones. For those of you that had a good experience, I'm glad you didn't have to go through what the majority of us had to. It doesn't matter if a company has a couple good reviews if they have overwhelmingly bad reviews. Don't get baited by the few good ones and just save yourself the trouble/headache/money/time. Check out my timeline below:
- Nov 12: placed order. This is BEFORE Black Friday btw so their excuses about Black Friday + covid are not valid.
- Nov 16: sent email asking about why my order has not been processed/shipped when I expected it to be sent out in 1 business day of ordering.
- Nov 17: miraculously I get an email saying that my order has been processed and shipped out. Provided with tracking number
- Nov 23: I send email asking about why my tracking number has not been updated. In fact, it said that they didn't even receive the package yet.
- Nov 24: Receive an email saying that since it's from HK to US, tracking number will not be updated until it arrives in the US. Okay, understandable
- Dec 9: Still no update. Items I've ordered from other websites AFTER my stylevana order have been shipped and arrived to me. Sent another email
- Dec 13: Stylevana replies, saying they will file a case with the courier if there is still no movement on my tracking number after 5-7 days.
- Dec 28: I send another email asking why my tracking number has not updated. I receive an auto-reply
- Jan 5: I send yet another email. Tell them if they don't give an update that I will have to chargeback. I receive another auto-reply
- Jan 8: I send one final email asking for them to just refund me at this point. I don't even want my order anymore. I just want my money back. Another auto-reply and I don't expect them to seriously respond to me anymore.
Decided to write a review as there are so many bad ones. I ordered from Stylevana 3 times now. The postage is a bit slow but that can be expected as it if from Hong Kong to Australia. All three times my parcel has been delivered well wrapped and secured. All items genuine and not damaged, they are brand new and sealed. The dates of the products go far. The prices are low and competitive. You just have to order in advance and be organised before you start to run out of your product - not hard to do. I will continue to order from Stylevana. I usually get free shipping as well.

May 14,2022 - followed up on order since no movement in tracking
May 16,2022 - Stylevana confirmed order dispatched and in transit
August 15,2022 - followed up with Stylevana since still no movement in tracking. Response from Stylevana was their generic email response.
September 10,2022 - I emailed the parcel carrier on the status of my order since no response from Stylevana.
September 12,2022 - Parcel carrier informs me that my parcel has been lost since July 21 and asked me to contact Stylevana for a refund or reissue of my order.
September 13,2022 - forwarded to Stylevana email response of parcel carrier and asked for a refund or to resend my order
September 19,2022 - Stylevana responds refusing to refund or provide voucher for the same order amount. Stylevana says they are still investigating this.
November 1,2022 - followed up with Stylevana since they have not provided any update
November 2,2022 - Stylevana still refuses refund and asked for 2-3 weeks to process investigation and will get back to me asap.
December 28,2022 - followed up with Stylevana.

Ordered K-beauty products on 11/14 and received shipping confirmation e-mail on 11/17. Today is 12/23, but haven't received any. I asked them to locate the shipment, but no answer. I will have my credit card company reject the payment. DO NOT SHOP at Stylevana. Horrible website to shop.

I ordered one product from them and it said that my payment failed but it checked out from my card, not once but twice! I emailed them and I showed them all the proof my transaction and everything and the last thing I asked them was the money that was checked out from my account, didn't it go to them? Because if it did why couldn't they just send me the products I paid for. They said, "Since the order payment did not went through, there is no refund to be initiated." I just gave up at that point.
I would not recommend them at all!
I've never posted comments before but i read so many negative comments about this company so i want to write my own experience buying products from this company. I've bought cosmetics from this website many times and always happy about it. I live in Mel, Australia and it usually took 7-10 days to receive the parcel. Fast delivery and good quality products at cheap price. This is my favourite online cosmetics website.
I have ordered cosmetics but courier company said they delivered(they put box in front of main door) without any inform and package has disappeared. Both of the company didn't take responsibility about missing parcel and it's gone forever.
After I contacted "Fair trading", Stylevana emailed me and confirmed refund money more than one month ago, still no responses. Totally waste time and money, worst experience ever.
I think their prices are great but their actual processing of orders takes a very long time. I'm still waiting on my package to be shipped and it's almost a month. I don't believe I will repurchase from this company again.
The first order I placed one item said it was going to take 14 days to ship so I figured they would ship out the stuff that was ready but apparently that's not the case… so I canceled and I had no issues. The second order I placed I receive my order within a couple weeks But one of the items wasn't correct I received a lotion instead of the serum which is what I ordered. Now I have to go through some ridiculous process and it took them three weeks just to answer me. Normally I would just say forget it and not bother but it cost $60 so I'm not letting it go. The third order I placed was over four weeks ago and I messaged them about five times to see why there has been no progress whatsoever because it said on each item that it shipped within 24 hours. Now, I understand it could take a few weeks to ship but it should've been processed right away I work for UPS I know how the process works and I get items shipped to me from Britain by look fantastic within two days time with no issues whatsoever. Stylevana will not contact me back at all to even let me know what's going on so thankfully I ordered through PayPal if I don't get an answer back within the next 24 hours I'm filing a claim I'm done ordering through them. Now…yesstyle usually takes just as long to ship but at least they answer me when I contact them. Stylevana's a few dollars cheaper but it's not worth the stress and the uncertainty. The best luck I've had is with "Iherb" I get my orders within three or four days every single time and I have ordered from them at least a dozen times.

Plan ahead before you run out! Room for improvement with customer service but good affordable pricing and discounts
Never had an issue with Stylevana. Very reasonable prices is what you pay and unfortunately this can mean slower shipping times. SOMETIMES not always. I was pleasantly surprised With how fast it shipped. Ordered on the 18/09 and received today 28/09 I know a lot of people have struggled with shipping times from them myself included and I was expecting to wait weeks so I really can't complain. They took 4 days to process the order aswell which was a pleasant surprise.Discounts are always good and sometimes you can get free full sized products just check their Insta for latest deals. If you don't mind waiting and can plan a head for your skin I.e before you'll run out then it's worthwhile shipping with them. Communication isn't always the best with customer service but they're a good service to use.

Was hesitant to order seeing other reviews but extremely glad I took the plunge. The prices are pretty much unbeatable and shipping was much faster than expected- my items arrived in exactly 2 weeks. My order was quite large but I made sure my items were labeled as "ship within 24hr". Took 3 days after placing my order for items to ship. As long as I don't need items asap I will continue ordering from Stylevana.
Had to chip in once I saw all the bad reviews. I've purchased 6 times from them. All quality, authentic products at the best prices. I live in Nor Cal and it takes about a month on average to receive my shipments. I've never panicked and contacted customer service so I have no experience with that end (sounds like they don't do that well). But overall I plan ahead and order and wait. I just bought their advent calendar a few weeks ago and it's already at my house, it is awesome! Such a great deal on 24 full size products.
Anyways, I understand shipping has been an issue for some, but trust that this isn't across the board. Success can be had here!
If you're skeptical yesstyle is more user friendly and I've heard good things about customer service. A little higher priced but may give you peace of mind if you run into any issues.
Terrible, terrible company. I wish I`ve read the reviews before ordering anything. Placed over £50 order (# BWSVUKA*******) which was delivered to someone else`s address. They have kindly shared photos of a stranger holding my package with me. Promised 1-2 weeks investigation, it`s been over 3 months and still ignoring my emails. Proper scam
I've bought from Stylevana a couple times now. They are a beauty (and kind of fashion website) that sells beauty products from Korea and Japan.
I've seen people say that they aren't super reliable and I've fortunately have had no issues with shipping both in state and abroad but I would keep that in mind. They do have a variety of products I haven't been able to buy anywhere else and their products are generally cheaper. I would Still try it out though especially if the items are a lot cheaper or if you can't find it anywhere else.
I would give this review a 4 or 3.5 if I could but on behalf of some of my friends and subscribers who have had issues I would need to rate it a 3.

Hi. I would like to sincerely ask other online customers who have shopped at StyleVana if this is a regular "time frame" and process for Stylevana to prepare and ship orders? As shown in my screen shot, I've placed my order on Sept. 30th and today is Oct. 19th (almost the 20th). It's been almost three weeks and my order still hasn't been processed. Every time I try to check the item(s) status I get an error message "An error occurred while getting data(...)".
Naturally, I've tried contacting Customer Service but they blame the delay on "ongoing developing situation of Covid severity in Hong Kong." Then after trying to contact them several days later I was told that my order is not yet dispatched due to "some of the items taking longer to ship" (not in stock/ available). I find this weird and frustrating because, clearly, I only chose items that were available and in stock when putting them into my cart. There was even an "indicator" next to each item showing the number of % left in their inventory. So, there must be some issue with their website/data/inventory on their end.
*Sigh* I really don't want to write a negative review but the longer I wait the more I feel alarmed, stressed and displeased. This whole shopping experience makes me feel very uneasy and uncertain about this website, their authenticity, reliability, and whether they are going to fulfill my order... This is my first time shopping at Stylevana, I've got no prior good or negative experience, so basically, I relied my trust on other customers (and youtubers) and their positive experience shopping at Stylevana (which they often share on social media).
How many more weeks should I give Stylevana to process my order (before considering a cancellation)?
I wish their Staff responsiveness was better as well as eagerness to solve this issue in a more prompt manner. Or at least think of other solutions.
I'm giving them two (2) and not one (1) star out of five because I still hope this kind of long delay doesn't happen often and that I will receive my order eventually. I really want to write them a positive review next time!
I hoped to order but only at the very end, after I filled in all data, they refused to sell me all chart! They notified me that they ship only to Germany and Austria and I AM FROM GERMANY! Just W. T. F?

Saying that they are UNALLOWED to import this to Germany! But YOU were the ones to notify me that you SHIP to my country! I asked why is this happening because the market of Germany has A LOT of the same products available to order, but they said - "I regret to let you know we are unable to confirm your request as these decision is beyond our control."

I believe I've been scammed by this company. I wish that i would look into trustpilot reviews before placing my order!
I have placed my order last month and after almost a week with no delivery information I sent an email regarding my order delivery date, I got a reply that "due to Covid 19 there are delays up to 7 business days", after that as my order was never even shipped I've sent 3 emails regarding the delivery situation and I am being ignored since then. I can't contact them and they have no phone number and the customer service do not reply my messages or give me any information of my order.
I ordered 4 face creams from Stylevana, 3 out of the 4 were out of date and they'd put a different date sticker on them – the one in date didn't have any sticker. They have ignored my emails.
