Never buy from this site

I bought about 250 dollars worth of products, and there was 2+ months of no communication despite my multiple emails. When they did bother to reply to an email in the beginning, it was the wrong information, multiple times. After a month; they informed me an item that was in stock when I ordered was out of stock, and I had to email multiple times with the replacement item I wanted. After that, they ignored all my emails. Now, more than 2 months later, they suddenly say my order is delivered and of course, due to having no reply despite multiple emails, no tracking number, no response, I don't know my order is delivered and it is stolen. And of course, there is no reply when I email them again.

I ordered me package from stylevana TWO months ago, and still I haven't got it. The packages from ali came faster… Their service are literally below zero. Any answers on why questions, any support information about my order, any free gift for this "brilliant support team behavior" and if you would like to cancel your order - you'll not be able to do that thing, because you can't cancel it on their website you need to write to their support) SO, just never buy something from them

Absolute scam artists. Do not buy. Absolutely zero customer service. No reply from the 8 emails I've sent. Just promotional junk. Auto reply. Paid extra for express shipping. Ordered on the 15th, its now the 23rd & it hasn't even been shipped yet! Will be contacting consumer affairs to get this sorted. Buy literally ANYWHERE ELSE!

This company does not respond to my e-mails for a week, the order was placed on February 1 and I still have not received a notification about the collection of the order! I am dissatisfied, I do not recommend ordering something from them if you do not have the time and nerves to receive the order! I will leave additional feedback if they do not ship my product or refund the money for the order, I spent a large amount on products! Then they will be vile swindlers! #BWSVDEA*******

They stole from me 58e, and that's a lot in my country.
I tried contacting them 4times no reply after 20days only outo-reply.

I want my package in full with some extra now and till then i will make it my lifes mission to destroy any semblance of respect this company might still have frome people.

Liars, thieves, scam artist that's what Stylevana stands for.
They count on you not to make the accountable because as a company they have no shred of integrity. SCAM! DONT BUY!

I ordered from Stylevana before and it was fine until the recent order, they take forever to fulfill 1 product (that product is still selling on the online website which means it's not sold out). I've emailed them so many times but never receive any responses, like they just disappear. So my advice is not to order from this site, at least until people start saying that they receive something. Worst customer service!

I order products from STYLEVANA.com before Christmas, and as of today, 2/7/23, I am still waiting to receive my order. I sent them an email to follow up on order, but they still have not responded. They suck! Please do not waste your time and your hard-earned money on this website. This website needs to be shut down, and I report their conduct to the BBB. They will need to refund my money as well! If they are reading this review and want to know who I am - here is my order number. #BWSVXXA*******. I do not play around with these people. I want my refund!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the late delivery of my recent Order # BWSVEUA*******. You have taken the money from my account on the 16th of January, I have yet to receive my order. I have tried to contact your customer service team, but have received no satisfactory response.
I request immediate delivery of my order or a full refund. If I do not receive a response or resolution within the next 2 weeks, I will have no choice but to raise the issue in two skincare forums and on social media via known beauty bloggers.
I have been a loyal customer of your company before and am extremely disappointed in the service I have received recently. I expect prompt action to resolve this matter.

I bought once from them and everything was good. However, when I placed another order, wich was quite expensive, I had one of the worst experiences. My order still hasn't arrived, although it was placed on the 30th of december 2022, and when I tried to reach them via email, I never received an answer (I already sent 8 emails). Till this day my order hasn't been shipped and it's still processing.

I ordered a product from them because it was cheeper on Stylevana then on Amazon. They never emailed me a receipt and after 1 week I contacted them and turns out they charged me, although never even sent me the product. They told me they put it on hold, I don't understand why they did that. Then when I canceled and wanted a refund they hacked my email by placing their email saying they are refunding me the product before all my complaining emails to them, pretending I was harassing them after they wanted to refund me my product. I this company is fake and all they do is defraud people.

Scam website?

I made an order at the end of November. The status was "not sent" til a few days ago, and now suddenly changed to "completed". While I didn't receive anything, obviously. At the same time if you open the order details, most of the items have status "hasn't been sent".
They don't answer on e-mails, they don't provide any information about the delivery status or a tracking number or anything at all.
My friend has the same issue and now opens a dispute with the PayPal to return the money.
I probably have to do the same.
I'm not sure the reviews that say that your order is delivered at some point are truthful, you'll just waste time to open PayPal dispute while waiting.
If the company is real and there are any representatives here, my order number is #BWSVDEA*******

Amazing website!

So sad so many people have had an issue with stylevana, I've ordered hundreds of dollars of products from here and have never had an issue. The pricing is so much better than Yesstyle, so i prefer ordering here. Now keep in mind shipping does take longer! I'm ok with waiting longer when ordering from here because I've never had an issue with them. I always get insured shipping too! So hoping I never run into an issue. But overall I love this website. Shipping can take upwards of a month so please be patient :)

The website states that the products will be shipped in 24 hours. Please know that this is never respected. I have ordered over a month ago, have emailed over 4 times with no reply. Only today I got an email that the products will be shipped soon and still no tracking number. All my products were in stock. Basically order two months prior to expecting the products. Why do they have a support email
If no one ever replies? Don't you care about your customers?
