I've ordered from them twice. One of my packages took 1 month to get to my door and the other took 1 and half weeks which was a big surprise. Note: i ordered from them after FEB 2023. I knew it was going to take time to ship but I expected that with such low prices. However, it's pretty obvious their CS is severely lacking. I knew it was going to take time so I never bothered to email them. I notice a lot of the bad reviews are people who ordered between Nov of last year and Feb of this year. Which was during their Christmas sale and holiday rush. I have a huge theory that they couldn't keep up with the demand. Which is when their CS went offline because they couldn't keep track of everyone's orders. That's probably why so many packages still haven't been processed but that's pretty terrible as a company. They're probably only focused on completing new orders now like mine. Regardless of my experience, I can't ignore what so many have had to deal with. Otherwise my rating would be 5 stars.

It's been months since I've ordered from them and for some reason my package was lost along the way. Stylevana Customer Service was not helpful at all and all they've been reasoning of the delay was due to Covid. I'd say their company is unreliable, untrustworthy and has a very poor customer service. They're not helpful and don't even bother to follow up on their customers.

No reply only automatic message, no refund this is a scammer don't buy, you will not receive anything from them. They just delete comment on Facebook et give you an automatic message same with mail.
This is the third review I am writing, I have no received any of my products due to be delivered by December. I have been completely ignored by stylevana, according to the original link the products have been returned to sender, so from my understanding they have their products I have neither my products nor my money. No attempt has been made to rectify this, I have made it clear I would just like a refund but they've insisted my package is out for delivery contrary to their shipping information. I would like to be advised on what legal steps I can take as a consumer as this is clear fraud. Any advice would be greatly appreciated and from stylevana I would like a refund ASAP.

Don't buy, they sell fake products and can't provide proof of authenticity. I tried returning and it was extremely expensive to send back from US to hong kong. They did not care and did not make it right. Don't risk it. Not worth it. All fake!
I have a great experience with Stylevana! I ordered my package a week ago, I immediately received order confirmation and a tracking code that was very helpful, I was able to see how and when was my order getting delivered from Hong Kong to the Netherlands :) I received my package today in a perfect shape, the products were well secured in the package, so they didn't break on the way. The whole delivery was very fast considering it was being shipped from Hong Kong to Europe. And the prices on this eshop are also very low :)
It has been a month since I placed the order and it has not been even shipped yet. Customer service is a disaster too((( will never order again!

There is no customer support on the site, there is no way to write SMS. On the site, the declared product is in stock, but it was not shipped in the maximum declared 10 business days.

Get your money back and stop scamming people.
It took 1.5 months to get my product, despite the fact that it advertised that it would ship immediately. After a month, I messaged them asking where it was, and it took 10 days for them to reply to me. By then the product had already been delivered. 2 stars because I did eventually get the product, but due to the poor customer experience, I will never purchase from them again.

I placed my order in jan 2023 and they shipped my order on feb 14th and its march 15th and still I haven't received my stuff. When ask them the only reponse i get is its coming from hong Kong so just wait few more days. U dont wait 3 months to get ur stuff. Never using that website again
Originally made payments 25/02/23 Needed a lot of the products that I originally purchased, tried to contact stylevanna via email at no success, also tried to contact via the website ( the website doesn't submit) I had to contact PayPal, I tried to contact stylevanna via PayPal also at no success. Now it is being reviewed by PayPal. I always use PayPal on a new site incase these things happen, and I guess I was right stylevanna is a scam site and if they aren't well they take your money and don't send to Australia
I ordered the product from this company for the first time in early December and didn't receive it until March. They took 4 months to finally deliver it. When I wrote emails to the customer service, their responses were always same. Also, when I placed an order, I declined to receive any ads from them but they sent them anyway. Terrible business. This is the Korean cosmetic which I love but it sends from Hong Kong. Their price is good but be aware of their way of processing orders.
After reading some of the reviews I got a little nervous. Shipping took awhile but was so worth it! I got a wonderful bonus with my order. Love it!
Answer: A COMPLETE SCAM. I made an order with insured shipping, didn't receive any parcels despite they claiming it was "delivered", and their customer service is THE WORST. They're not helpful at all. Please buy in other site.
