I made four (4) communication attempts to Stylevana's contact email, *******@stylevana, to fix my order issue. No one has yet replied to any of my tickets I submitted. My order was placed on March 26,2023, and the delivery attempt wasn't made till after 2 weeks!

The order was never delivered. The tracking information said "insufficient address" when I provided my full and complete shipping address at the time of purchase.

I have asked them to resend this package via expedited shipping. It has now been ~1.5 months since I placed my order.

I do not recommend using Stylevana to anyone. Their customer service is obviously non-existent and it feels that they don't care about the customer after an order is placed.

Terrible company

They will not ship your order. It's been over 2 months. Their website says 5-8 working days and that is a LIE. I've spent hundreds of dollars here. I'm a super fan and VIP member. Last time I ordered it took 3 weeks to just ship. I thought I could deal with that if I ordered long enough ahead. Boy was I wrong. It takes them MONTHS to ship. Your products will probably be expired too. Don't order from here. Order from YesStyle or StyleKorean instead. I will never order from stylevana again, even though I've spent hundreds of dollars to be at their highest membership tier. Disgusting behaviour

The worst online shopping experience! There is no customer service to answer all my concerns. I ordered my eyeshadow 2 wks ago. There is no follow-up information regarding whether my order is being processed or shipped. I can't get in contact with any customer service. I will dispute my charges.

I have put my order in almost two weeks ago and shortly after found out that one of the items takes 30 days to fulfill. The website only offers one mode of communication, the email, which I emailed them about at the beginning of May and have been sending reminder emails since then to just cancel one item so everything else could ship out. These products were meant as a restock for my stuff, but at this rate, they probably won't be here till June. Super disappointed, as I would have liked at least one email back saying they're working on it or acknowledging my several emails, but nothing.

My order number is #BWSVXXA******* in case someone from the staff sees this and finally decides to help. Please respond to emails, Stylevana.

I can't believe they totally ignored MULTIPLE emails of mine to request to cancel the order, and shipped the order! Actually there was 1 response asking to keep the order with their 10% coupon, and I replied no saying I'll place a new order with the items I need. That was it. Since then, I sent them emails after emails asking to cancel the order, and they just flat out ignored them! This is NOT OK, and I don't want to use Stylevenna anymore and alert people about that.

I am very satisfied with the company. Their products are authentic and of high quality, which exceeded my expectations.

One thing to note is that it is important to carefully read the availability status of each product. If all the items in your order have the status "In Stock: usually ships within 24 hours," then your order will be shipped within 4 business days. However, if there is a product with a status like "Usually ready to ship within 30 business days," then it shouldn't come as a surprise that the entire order will be shipped after 30 days.

I also appreciate the prompt and helpful support provided by the company. They respond to email inquiries in a timely manner, addressing any questions or concerns I had.

They are thiefs!
I placed and paid for the order on 26th of March. And since then it is being in a status Processing. On all my emails, where i indicated exact order number, i received automatic replies with different reasons of excuses - Chinese New Year(in March?), Easter, 1st of May.

SCAM! Hate being an internet "Karen" but Stylevana customer service is appalling.

I placed an order in April and it's been over a month with no update on shipment...Contacted customer support on 4 seperate occasions. GHOSTED! No reply or update at all.

As consumers I understand that sometimes there may be unforeseen delays, however leaving us in the dark after money as been spend is straight up a scam.

Highly recommend everyone to order from another site instead.

I ordered from Stylevana, took them more than a month to ship so I requested to cancel the order. Took them two weeks to response to my request while my order hasn't been shipped yet, they have told me they will cancel the order before they start shipping it. The next few days started shipping it when I already requested to cancel before it shipped since I already bought the products I needed somewhere else. I don't recommend Stylevana at all if you don't like long waits for your order or horrible customer service.

Iplaced and order on the 13th of March for about $57. I was waiting for my package, but after the package arrived in El Cajon they just said insufficient address and returning to sender. I checked my address and everything was correct and I have purchased from lot of other sites such as OLIVEYOUNG, Temu and even Ali express and nobody had a problem finding the apartment. I contacted both Stylevana and the courier company nobody responded to me. Then after like 20 tickets to Stylevana they told me we will talk with the courier company or give a refund when it arrives. As soon as they said that the tracking report stopped updating and the item never got delivered to them.I told them since I paid extra for premium insured shipping I want a refund on all products. But since then, they keep deleting my messages and not responding. I only get the automated mail saying they received the message. So I know they receive my mail checks and discard it without replying. At this rate I believe both the courier company and Stylevana together are scamming people. I've never seen a company that deletes requests for refunds from customers after charging extra to insure it. Now I know why all the items are so cheap because they are scammers. I hope soon they would get reported for this and get closed down because this is so cheap for sellers to be this unprofessional.

I ordered a facial device with a firming gel with them months ago. Didn't receive any updates and ended up refund me money without telling me the reason. So I checked on their webiste realize that the order of the device got cancelled and now they are sending me the firming gel only. What's the point of getting the gel only? They never ask for my intention to the remaining order. No customer service at all.

I ordered 8 of these Dr. Jart SPF 30 products over two months ago. All of the items I received were the wrong product. I received them in the last week of March. I have tried contacting their customer service team multiple times, submitted multiple requests for a return/refund, emailed their customer service team, I even stayed up and called their customer service number at 10pm my time (phone hours are so bad because they're located in Hong Kong), just to be told that it wasn't actually a customer service phone line. I spent over $180 and have not seen a penny of it, or heard any word as to where my case stands. DO NOT SHOP HERE. IT IS A SCAM. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST. If anybody on the service team reads this, please get me my money asap. This is absolutely ridiculous!

Ordered a sizable shipment on march 27th. It's may 3rd today. Never got a shipping confirmation. Never answered any of my chats or emails. Glad I ordered via PayPal, they took care of this for me. STAY AWAY

If I don't get a reply I will file a police report and contact my bank this is fraud. I keep emailing and they don't response. It's a fraud company and I hope they burn to the ground

Ordered two sunscreens (the ones that were trending on tictok) and I never got any of the products. Contacted them and never was given a reply, no refund. I didn't want to deal with it anymore, but if someone else decides to sue them, good for them. At worst I was expecting the product to be seeping out of the container from the reviews I was seeing

Placed my order #BWSVUKA******* almost THREE MONTHS AGO 21st January 2023. Still no sign of my order in April! Apparently delivery was supposed to be on 17th February, but nothing arrived. Emailed Stylevana on 26th February but they have completely ignored my email. I therefore attempted to claim this via my card almost three months later, but they have stated the item is "Still in Transit"! Is this a joke? Utter scam, do not order from this company.
