My payment cleared 20 days ago and my order has not been shipped. No one has responded to my requests for information. If you do order, make sure you use a credit card for protection.

Over a month, they never ever ship my products (I spent more than $100) even tho I carefully only chose items which are supposed to ship in 24 hrs.

Twitter, and email. All I got was the one automatic reply and no reply back anymore.

I'm genuinely appalled with stylevana, i've done a big order on the 16th may which is over a month ago and my order is STILL processing. Are you joking? Everytime i've contacted stylevana it's the same outdated automated message. Customer service is awful and doesnt bother to reply. So appalled. 20+ emails and enquiries later and its gotten nowhere. Now my prom is ruined.
Never ordering again! Use yesstyle instead! I cannot stress how awful stylevana is. Though ive ordered twice before this is the last straw
I've ordered nearly a month ago and nothing! Try to contacted them several times, emails, Instagram messages NO WORD.

They are the scammers please I request everyone do not buy anything from them I place an order for more than a $130 and after so many emails there is no response. There is no contact number where you can call and ask about the status of your order only way is to email them and you will only get auto reply,that because of Labour day there is a delay that was in MAY. I don't want any product from them now I just want my money back. Please once again don't make terrible mistake like I did don't buy from them. And I urge the authorities from different countries to please take a note of companies like this as they are scamming people on a very large scale as I went through the comments here and can see I am not the only one who got scammed by them.

I shopped from Stylevana 3 time, the 4th time that I place my order after 2 or 3 weeks of following up. They ask for my legal document and proof address!
I asked them why because out of my so many experiences for online shopping this was the first time that something unusual and annoying like this happen to me. It seems that Stylevana group do not respect their customers privacy.
I wonder why for three or four different product which worth is less than 50 euros should I prove my identity.
This is so frustrating for.

I've ordered from this website multiple times and have received those orders but I placed one at the beginning of January but never received it. They have replied to me about 3 times with no helpful outcomes. They've been ignoring my emails for months now, I'm sending them at least twice a week. I also left a one star review on trust pilot and they responded telling me to send my details in an email acting like they really wanted to help so I did as they said and to no avail. This website may be a scam seen as they are holding onto my money and aren't sending my order or offering a refund.
I placed an order back in April, we are now in June and the order status still says Processing. I have sent 6 emails requesting cancelation and refund and I have yet to get a reply. This is fraud!
I made order on 22 May 2023. It was Japanese face wash and they are cheaper than anywhere else and postage was cheap as well. They sent me order confirmation but nothing after that so I asked them when they are going to ship goods. They replied that because of bank holiday on 1st May, it is delayed. Two weeks later still no shipping confirmation. When l looked their reviews here, it is really untrustworthy company! Luckily l paid with PayPal and l got refund from PayPal (except postage £3.99)
Stumbled across this store when I google searched my facial products for my mom's mother day gift. Found that the price was cheaper than amazon by a few bucks so I decided to go for it. After purchase went through on May 22, I did not receive any updates for my order. Sent 2 emails and got auto reply that the order might be delayed because of May 1 Labour Day. Doesn't make sense to receive that reply since it's been over 3 weeks since that holiday.
After 3 weeks of not hearing back and seeing my order stuck on 'processing' I filed a PayPal dispute to get my money back. PayPal was more cooperative than Stylevana. I got my money back after a week. Stay away
Being one of their VIP member and getting treated like this? I cannot explain enough how frustrating it is. I always recommended Stylevana to my friends for skincare products but after I am not going to do it anymore. Just made a big order on may 11. Until may 22 (10 days) the order is still processing, i wrote an email but the comoany chooses to ignore my email. Its may 30 today (19 days) and still the order is processing. Seriously? And no update, nothing. Are we supposed to get it after a year now?
As a loyal customer who always makes a big purchase and recommends this compan to everyone, i feel very disappointed and i will not be ordering from this site anymore nor am i going to recommend it to anyone.

Please do not order. They never reply to emails or messages. It's been months since I placed my order and there are no updates about it, although I even asked for it to be cancelled and money returned. This is a chinese company pretending to sell Korean skin care. Please don't order. Take your money and order from somewhere else even if that would be more expansive.
Stylevana's shipping takes extraordinarily long even though I purchased my order with premium express shipping. Expect delivery delays for several weeks. Avoid and try other sites like YesStyle. My YesStyle order was placed after my Stylevana order and only used the regular standard shipping, but it arrived far earlier.
Stylevana also has really poor, non responsive customer service. If you haven't received your order well past the expected delivery date, file a chargeback. Even if customer service responds to you, they'll just give you the same automated response and not help with anything.
My order was lost and I asked Stylevana to either resend me the order to credit me for the order. I sent them over 12 emails over many months and after 5 emails they stopped responding. My advice - do not order from them and if you do and do not receive your order for a month, then go directly to your credit card company to settle the issue and let the credit card company deal with them about not fulfilling their obligations to you as a buyer.
I ordered $130 worth of beauty products and received bunch of incorrect items that were cheaper than what I ordered then I contacted three times and no response or resolution. Do not buy from this website.
I bought skincare products on Stylevana on the 30th of April and the order status shows complete, however, I have not received my products end of May. I emailed them on the 5th of May, but there was no answer or reply. The tracking number they provided on the website is unclear and could not find it. Fraud company!
I wish 0 stars was an option. I placed a $200CAD order on March 1,2023 (thoroughly checked all items were in stock so will be sent in 24hr according to their website). March 3rd received an email saying my items were packed and ready to send (already late at this point) weeks and weeks go by and my order was still listed as "packing". By April 27th still not sent! I emailed them several times asking for an update, only got automated replies. I eventually started asking for a refund repeatedly, no replies. May 1st I opened a dispute with my credit card, I won the dispute, May 9th received email from StyleVana saying ordered canceled and refund issued, that I would get it in max 7 business days depending on the speed of my card company. 7 business days have gone by no refund. I contacted my card company today to ask about it assuming it was slow processing on their end, they informed me no refund was ever sent to them from Stylevana. My card company is now trying to get a hold of stylevana to issue the refund. It is insanity this level of customer service. Don't shop here, if you already have and are in a similar situation contact which ever company you paid for the order with and open a charge back dispute. I urge anyone to not shop here but if you do want to take the risk I urge you to never use a debit card to pay. Use paypal or credit card, as it is much harder to get a charge back with debit.
This is the worst online shopping experience iny my life. I spent $600 on a Skincare product, they said the lead time is 2-3 days and It has been 3 weeks since the date I ordered but I haven't heard anything from them. I messeaged them 4 times but still no hope. I have to call my bank to dispute the transaction and it is a wasted of time.

I have ordered on April 4th and today is May 13 and I still didn't received my order. So disappointing.
I bought some products from Stylevana, and they sent them to me, but I could not get my order because of the courier company. After that the courier company sent back my products to Stylevana. I wrote to Stylevana several times either to send the products again or give my money back. However, Stylevana neither has given my money back nor answered my e-mails and messages! I tried to reach them via e-mail and Instagram, they claim that they will answer in 72 hours, but it has been 10 days! All they do is sending automatic replies! Never buy something if you do not want to waste your money!
Answer: A COMPLETE SCAM. I made an order with insured shipping, didn't receive any parcels despite they claiming it was "delivered", and their customer service is THE WORST. They're not helpful at all. Please buy in other site.
