Horrible. DON'T buy there. I ordered once and received it, but now I have placed a large purchase, and for almost a month - nothing. A week ago they sent me a notification that the parcel was delivered! To a completely different address! So pissed.
They are a scam. Order on April, not receive anything, ignore email. I have to send 5-6 emails every time I inquired the status.
2 months later, they told me the older is missing, need to open an investigation.
2 months later, they told me the order is back to the 3rd party delivery company, need to wait the order be destroyed then process the next step.
They never want to refund you all the money $$$$$
* actually I went to the post office, they told me that my package has been collected by a 3rd party delivery company in mid Jun. They never heard that company. Why they did that? They must return back the product to Stylevana and resale again. They took your $ but never give you the product

It's been 4 weeks and my items have still not shipped, I received a notification that it's finally being packed today. We'll have to see if all the items actually arrive.
I had to reach out to find out that one of the items was OOS which is bizarre that they wouldn't inform the buyer automatically and when I bought the item it showed it was in stock. If I hadn't initiated the reach out I would've had to wait 7 weeks before my products shipped... and by then who knows if my other products would've been in stock? This clearly shows a lack of accountability and process on their end, how can a large scale business like this not have proper processes for stock availability and communication?
This is my very first time ordering from Stylevana and this will be my last, I've already informed my friends to avoid ordering from here. Looking at the comments on here and their social pages it's clear that a large number of customers have experienced issues and Stylevana doesn't care and will reply with a copy and pasted message... I'm sure they'll do the same with this review.
It's unfortunate since Stylevana has products that I haven't been able to find on other sites that allow Canadians to pay in CAD$ but it's not worth the headache, I'm going back to JOLSE who has never messed up a single order in the last 7 years I've used them and has always shipped within 2 business days.

Purchased products since 20.05.2023 and never received the products or any refund ( we are in beginning of August now). I have tried to contact the company through email and website but never got a response regarding any refund or apologise.
My worst experience in online purchases and definitely would never recommend to any of my friends.
Have heard abt this company years ago and finally decided to place an order with them.which I shouldn't have if I'd do more researching. Order placed almost a month ago, wrote an email to customer service when I don't see any updates from them a week later, customer service named Rory replied that one of items will be back in stock on Aug 31, so until then either I cancel it to have the rest of the items dispatched or wait for it. I offered my solution right away but heard nothing back, got a little frustrated and wrote them another email asking for a response. Then here is the most sketchy part of the story, another customer service named Lloyd finally replied, but only the exact email Rory wrote as if they have never received my offer of solution. Now I am damn sure they are a scam and if I still don't see my order fulfilled in the next couple of days, I will definitely file a complaint. Don't ever do business with them, EVER! And I will make sure to spread the message to my friends and family to keep their money away from them.
I placed two orders on 24th June 2023 for ready in stock items. They were to ship out in 2 days. Today is 31st July 2023 and the orders are still marked as "processing". I've sent 3 emails following up and Stylevana have not even bothered to respond. I've never interacted with a company so unbothered to offer even bare minimum customer service.
Please stay away from this company. Don't waste your time for this stylevana(scam) Customer service is horrible. It took them month to reply to my email back surprised they still in business. Still haven't received my order it's been months. I have to dispute to my bank hopefully get my money back soon. Play be aware.

You better hope nothing ever goes wrong with your order because if it does then good luck getting any assistance from customer service. They sent me an opened/used product and goes radio silent when reached out to customer service.
I ordered from them November 2022 and never got a refund even though they cancelled my order after 2 months (and it never shipped). The email for customer service also picks and chooses which emails they respond to you with (only the ones that benefit the company). I've ordered from here before with no problems but I'm pretty sure this site has turned into a scam based on all of the other similar experiences other people have had. I only ordered the "24 hour" in stock items that everyone says to order, yet they took 2 months to respond, nevertheless cancel my order.
We placed an order for a hairdryer with stylevana on may 15,2023. On June 26, we attempted to contact stylevana as the hairdryer had not arrived, and we have emailed then twice since then. On each occasion we get an automated email reply, citing the labour day holiday as the reason for shipping delays. At this stage we are 11 weeks since labour day holiday and stylevana emails still reference the labour day holiday. My advice: steer clear of this site, do not purchase anything from them, do not do business with them.

If there is a 0/5 star option, I would choose it. I ordered from stylevana.com on 5/12/2023 and it has been 2 months since then and they don't want to send out my order. I have contacted them numerous times and despite sending multiple emails regarding the issues, none of them were able to ship my order out. In the past, when I ordered from Yesstyle or Stylekorean, they promptly shipped my orders, and even if an item were out of stock, they would inform me about the process or offer a refund. This company literally provides no updates and expects the customer to inquire about the order status personally. This level of unprofessionalism is disappointing.
My order was on 04/28/23. I have not received my parcel, it's been over 2 months and it says it's been delivered.
Not only did Stylevana delay shipping for over 1 month, they used "PiggyShip" to deliver my package instead of a reputable company like DHL, UPS, or USPS. Instead of leaving the package with my building's receptionist, in a package locker, mail box, or even my front door, PiggyShip threw the package in the open lobby area in front of the elevator! I can't believe there is a delivery service this lazy. They even took a picture of the box in the open and said it was "Delivered in Mailbox". No surprise, the package was stolen and I have not received a single response from Stylevana. I have ordered from Stylevana several times before and didn't mind shipping delays, but the nonexistent customer service is enough. I am disputing this with my credit card and never touching this site again. BEWARE.
I have ordered from this site a few times but stopped during COVID for obvious reasons, I will say that prior to COVID the fulfillment and shipping was quicker but Hong Kong to US is still going to be a lengthy journey. Most of the items that indicated they would be dispatched in 24 hours were at the least fulfilled, there were two items that weren't fulfilled for a couple of weeks but you can look at the status of the items on the orders page and see what the hold up is. As soon as those items were fulfilled, my package was on its way and arrived in 6 days. In the past, if I don't want to wait, I have asked to just cancel the line items and have the fulfilled items shipped.
It's not Amazon, if you need something quickly then shop elsewhere. I think it's important to note that they don't work on weekends unlike western countries and are still experiencing some limitations due to COVID again, unlike western countries. All of my items arrived in good condition and I would recommend shopping with them if you know what you are getting into - a potentially lengthy wait for extremely reasonably priced products which is worth it to me.
In April i baught a series of products that never arrived. The client service ignored me half the time and the other half they told me they were sending them again. Fact Is i Don t have the products i payed for and i never got refunded
They have the worst customer service to date. They never update you on your order! Don't be fooled by the low prices since they usually order it from the origin country which makes it longer for them to ship! Save your money and just buy from else where esp if you're in North America.

I've never shopped with a company that made me soo angry, annoyed and frustrated! OMG. My last order was never shipped, even after a month. I literally had to cancel my order as I didn't need anymore, and decided to buy from yesstyle after not hearing nothing back from stylevana. I ended up filing a dispute with them.
Please do not take the risk of shopping with this company without using PayPal, if you do, you may never see your money again. I'm starting to think that Stylevanna is a money laundering company.

They keep saying things like "we value your customer service" & contact using "support…" just for them to still ignore your emails etc like, we've already contacted you guys numerous of times! You should not be running a business if you don't have basic customer service. IF you're lucky, they'll reply once, and not contact you again for days even weeks after that.
And you know what's the craziest part? They are still accepting orders when they can barely provide basic customer service and deal with the orders they already have.
Dissatisfied and Disappointed! At this point, to avoid all this, buy from yesstyle, they atleast have decent customer service to reply back to your emails; and when they say shipped within "24hours" they means it!
If you see influencers Recommending stylevana, please heed the warnings and reviews on Trustpilot, Reddit etc many influencers are getting commissions etc for recommending them, hence why, they'll have a discount to give you.
I ordered my items june 13 it is now june 30th and it states the item is "still in transit".I am extremely dissatisfied.
If I can give 0 stars, I would! I went and ordered from Stylevana. I paid for insured shipping and everything just in case any damages were to happen, which I do for most of my online orders with other websites. I got an email saying that my parcel was delivered with no proof of delivery or anything. I asked my neighbours and family if they saw any packages meant for me, none from Stylevana. I was willing to get a replacement but since the order also took so long to arrive I did not bother and just asked for a refund. They responded and said to fill out an investigation form which I did because I too work for an online company that does deliveries, I know how this process work. They responded that it will take 6-8 weeks for the investigation to be concluded, which I understand, everyone has their policies. But working with deliveries for my job, this time frame already sounded ridiculous as an investigation for orders should not take this long especially if it's a rare occurrence like Stylevana claims. It has now been 15 WEEKS and I still do not have my money or my order which is worth around $250. I have contacted them to follow up and I have been compliant and understanding of the situation but they have ignored me twice, responding to me with automated responses and one without a response at all. For an order that I paid for with insured shipping too, this is a ridiculous scheme. They hold onto your money even if you have never received any products and don't respect their customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, AT LEAST I WON'T ANYMORE. Their automated responses are absolutely stupid and are no help. I used to recommend this website to my friends but I warn them now, so they have stopped as well and I recommend for all of you not to. Holding onto money that is not theirs is fraud and the fact that you cannot even talk to a person through a phone call to discuss an issue and only communicate through email is insanely foolish. Mind you that when they do respond, it takes them 2-3 days to respond to an email. LMFAO. SCAM!
Answer: A COMPLETE SCAM. I made an order with insured shipping, didn't receive any parcels despite they claiming it was "delivered", and their customer service is THE WORST. They're not helpful at all. Please buy in other site.
