NO DELIVERY
I placed and paid in full for an order on 2 February 2026 with STYLEVANA, based on the website's clear promise of 5-day delivery.

It has now been well over a month, and I have received nothing. There is no valid tracking number, no proof that the order has been shipped, and no meaningful communication from the company.

Customer service responses (when they reply at all) are generic, automated, and unhelpful, providing no concrete information about when — or if — my order will be delivered. Repeated attempts to obtain a tracking number or a realistic delivery date have been ignored.

At this stage, this is not a simple delay — it is payment taken without delivery, combined with misleading delivery claims and extremely poor customer service. Had the true shipping timelines or risks been disclosed upfront, I would never have placed the order.

I am now forced to pursue a chargeback through my bank due to non-delivery of goods.

I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this site, or only proceed if you are prepared for long delays, no transparency, and the possibility of having to recover your money through your bank rather than the retailer.

I purchased 2 units of SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic (15 ml) from Stylevana. When I opened the first bottle, the serum was dark orange/brown, clearly oxidized from the start. A new bottle should be very pale yellow — I've used this product for years and know how it should look.
Customer service rejected my claim, stating they only accept issues reported within 48 hours of delivery, even in cases of defective products.
I believe this policy violates EU consumer protection laws regarding non-conforming goods. Now it seems they give you 14 days to return a faulty product (still illegal)
I have formally requested a full refund and initiated a complaint.
Sharing my experience so other buyers are aware of the risk.
I am including a photo of the serum I received (very dark orange) and a photo of an standard skinceuticals CE Ferulic

I bought some items on January 4th 2026. We are January 20th & i still don't have my package. Support take about 7 days to respond. They send obvious automated answers. We cannot get a human to help us. I tried to cancel 2 times but it was always " too late" because they say it's been dispatched. It's been on rhat status for over 7 days. If I refuse the package, I have to pay shipping & border taxes. I've never had a cosmetics company before this long, and I still haven't received mt package. Stay away, they are horrible! Any package ready on January 7th should be delivered to me by now! See tracking madness!

It is a scam!

I placed orders on October 26 and 27 worth several hundred euros. To this day, nothing has been shipped. The so-called customer service does not respond to any messages or to multiple support tickets I have opened. There is no communication, no refund, and no resolution.

This is a scam and not a trustworthy online store. I strongly advise everyone not to order from Stylevana.

I still haven't received my order from Stylevana, and it's been 9 weeks with no refund. They keep claiming there's an ongoing investigation, but offer no real solution. Customer service has been slow, unhelpful, and dismissive. This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I strongly warn others to be cautious before ordering from Stylevana.

Steer clear, do not order!

Terrible experience with Stylevana. My £120+ order from August still hasn't arrived after three weeks, and there's no tracking information. I was told it would ship in a few days, but that wasn't the case.
​Their customer support has been unhelpful and hasn't addressed my concerns, despite my repeated attempts to contact them. The delay even caused me to miss my sister's birthday, as part of the order was her gift.
​The lack of communication and poor service is unacceptable. I regret ordering from them and want to warn others to avoid Stylevana. No sign of a refund despite 3 requests, and the order still hasnt even been packed and it's been 25 days now. Order from somewhere else

DO NOT order anything from Stylevana! My experience has been beyond frustrating and deeply disappointing. They have a ridiculous policy designed to make it impossible to get your money back, even when it's entirely their fault. They sent me an eye pencil covered in mold, completely unusable, yet refused to refund or resend. Instead, they offered only store credit that can't even be used with their promotion codes (supposedly valid on every purchase). They're essentially forcing you to spend more money on their site, despite not being able to guarantee product quality, having no real refund policy, and offering zero helpful customer service. Their customer service is slow, unhelpful, and hides behind confusing terms and conditions. This is unacceptable and absolutely feels like a scam. Don't WASTE your money or time on this company!

Total scam, be aware of fraud, they take your money and you will never hear from them again: I made an order# BWSVESB*******021 - 3 months ago since then no goods received, no refund has been processed, status: 'packing' till now, nobody replies emails, you get just automatic replies, no telephone number to follow up. I am highly disappointed. Avoid to be scammed.

Horrible customer service, took to month for them to finally get back to me. Lost my parcel and refuse a refund. I was told I can only get store credit, and only! " As a gesture of goodwill". So basically they are doing me a favor. Never buying from them again. Same products in my local small business store cost just few dollars more. Entire horrible experience is not worth the stress just to save some money. Would rather show anywhere else but with Stylevana!

I have ordered a number of times with Stylevana. This is my last order. It's like they are two different companies and from one the order goes out within 48 hours and the tracking becomes active about 24 hours later. The other one though... frustrating as heck. The order just sits there even though they show that they have it in stock and they are still selling it. It doesn't move and they take FOREVER to respond. I have been watching my current order sit as processing for 29 days. 12 days ago I contacted them and said please ship it or cancel it. There window said they reply within 48 hours. They replied 7 days later saying they were sorry I was disappointed and offered me 10% off a future order or samples and... get this... Said they were putting my order on hold until I decided what I wanted to do with it. I replied "Send it as soon as possible". I replied quickly... Since them they have not replied and have not shipped. On top of that they only have the one way to reach out to them so you get no satisfaction. There has to be a better company

Customer service is nonexistant so WHEN you have an issue, you have no help. Item shipped from Hong Kong / China.
Items arrived leaking inside the package. Stylevana refuses to refund or send replacement. Scumbags. Outlright illegal.

STOP SENDING TEMPLATE REPLIES - CHECK YOUR EMAIL! I placed an order over a month ago and still haven't received any information or updates. Customer service has been completely unresponsive. Instead of sending standard template replies, please actually address the issue. Despite multiple follow-ups, no one has made any effort to help. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company. The service is absolutely terrible.

I placed an order with Stylevana UK in mid-April 2025, and after weeks of waiting, I was finally told that some items are out of stock — but I was never informed of this when I placed the order or in the weeks that followed. This level of delay and lack of transparency is unacceptable. I had to reach out myself to get this vague update, and even now there's no clear delivery timeline. If items weren't available, I should have been notified right away or offered alternatives or a refund. Customer support has been unresponsive, and I'm considering escalating the issue to my bank. I would not recommend ordering until their process improves.

However, her reply came across as passive-aggressive and dismissive, which only added to my frustration. Suggesting to cancel one out-of-stock product and further hold the order — at the cost of me losing the original discount — is not a solution, especially after such a long delay. What about the inconvenience I've endured? There has been no dispatch, no refund, and no proactive communication from your end throughout this period. Let me remind you: I am not an investor. I am a paying customer with rights. Three weeks with no product and no resolution is unacceptable

I placed an order on January 16, and after almost two months, I have received no update, no tracking number, and no response to my emails. They originally claimed restocking would take 2-3 weeks, yet here we are on March 8, and my order is still missing. Their customer service is nonexistent—they ignore emails and refuse to provide any concrete information. At this point, I have no choice but to file a dispute with my payment provider. I will be contacting my bank to initiate a chargeback and recover my money since this company has failed to deliver the goods I paid for. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. This company does not care about its customers.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My first order went off smoothly. No hold-up with getting my order shipped but once shipped it's very slow. Stylevana does not care about customer experience. I got everything I ordered. After my first order, I got a coupon code to use for my first free gift. Last night I was ready to place another order. I used the coupon code for a discount and free gift. The order form would not place my order. I tried again the next day and my coupon code and free gift discount had both been deactivated. There are a ton of complaints where people aren't getting their orders and Stylevana will not respond. It looks like on my second order I have now become another customer that did not get their order. And they are not responding to my emails. I don't get how they are allowed to continue to operate if they are actively stealing Americans' money by simply just not shipping orders and ignoring all requests from customers.

They do not respond to emails. It is well documented that they ignore customers. I've emailed them 10 times. They have not responded. I've asked for a refund, they won't respond.

I made a purchase on 15th November, 2024. By the time I was at checkout, the prices of two of the items in my cart already went up significantly (up to 4 times of the price!) which I later noticed after payment. Since then, I have been on this matter and it still has not been resolved. I have sent countless emails but they continue to respond with generic email. I have photo evidence of this. It is so unfair how a brand could treat a returning customer in such a manner.

The price glitch occured at checkout and the price difference is very significant. I paid significantly higher than the actual cost.
