I ordered 5 items on 01/07/2024 - all said "in stock, ships within 24 hours". My card was charged right away. I checked the website on 01/17/24 and it said my order was "processing". I emailed customer service and received a generic response from "Tiffany" that they are working on my order. On 01/19/24, it's still processing!

SCAM COMPANY! I never received my order. No response from seller. I requested a refund after no response after a month and still nothing. I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company. Very disappointed and never Buying from them again.
Update: order status says all items in stock and they told me they will ship by Jan 10th. It's Jan 24th and they still havent shipped my items. They still have not replied to my emails or through PayPal dispute.
First time making a purchase on this website. I was very happy with the product so I thought I would buy again. However I received damaged items which I was given a voucher of 15% off (SVANAC***)towards my next order, this didn't work as the voucher they give works on a singular item not the whole basket, even tried buying one item and it still didn't work, as it was only 15% off, I never bothered with it though I emailed several times and was ignored. Now what has made me write this negative review is the fact that my recent order was delivered to a different door BWSVUKA******* by Royal mail in the picture you can see the landing and the door is not my own. It has been since November I have not received any refund, the communicate and speed to resolve the matter is unsatisfactory, not to mention the voucher I've been given yet again doesn't work towards the whole order. No one is responding to me to resolve this I have asked for the order to be replaced as I don't wanna voucher I want my items. I will continue to write negative feedbacks so people are more aware shop at your own risk. Good customer service doesn't exist, no follow ups, you will explain the situation to several people before any false result is given. System seems robotic
I will never order from them again. I was a return customer. Customer service is horrible I spent over $100 and they never shipped my order and made an excuse after contacting them a month after. Shipping takes long as well
Think carefully before buying anything from Stylevana. I was charged for my order on 12 Oct 2023. On 22 Nov 2023 the courier company advised that my parcel cannot be located and processed the refund to Stylevana, the person who arranged the consignment. Stylevana was copied into that response and since then they have ghosted me and have not provided the refund.
Placed an order 12/20 with Stylevana processed payment and reflected on my bank statement the following day. January 5 the stylevana site still showed as processing payment. When clicking on my order it stated error occurred contact customer service for help. I did. Then 2 days I get an email saying they want a picture of my card both front and back, a government issued identification card both front and back, a utility bill, AND proof of payment before proceeding with my order. This is for Skincare products and my payment had already gone through. Not to mention they have proof of purchase on their end. Seems sketchy and felt off. I got in touch with my bank's fraud department and even they agreed. Keep your stuff stylevana. You can't have mine. Mind you my sister has ordered with them and had success never dealt with this. So I went into this with the assumption this is a legit site.
Stylevana does not ship orders. They will leave it processing forever. They do not respond to emails.
I have purchased items since Dec 8 2023 now it's almost a month I haven't receive my package yet. Longest website I ever purchased from.
I placed an order on November 13th and still haven't received the delivery. They said one item was out of stock and shipped it in early December. In the meantime, I moved and asked several times to update my address through chat, but they gave me the original address and I received the item. I lost it and the delivery cannot be tracked as of December 12th. I requested a refund, but there was still no response and I received an email telling me to wait.
A month and a half has passed. I chatted with 6 people, but I passed it on to someone else and am not responsible. Every time I contact them, it's a different person. They say they are not responsible. This company is trash. This is throwing money away. The goods are also sent from Hong Kong. They are scammers who disguise themselves as Korean companies and sell Korean products while sending them from China.
I've been a loyal customer with Stylevana for the past two years, but my recent experience has been disappointing. I ordered skincare products worth $250, but they never arrived despite being marked as 'delivered'. The courier informed me that the package was damaged and returned to the sender. I reached out to Stylevana right away, expecting a response within their stated 72 hours. But a week has passed with no word from them. I ordered some products 15th November last year, and after more than 20 days, nothing arrived. So I emailed them to have it cancelled, because I went overseas after that. Nothing happened. And even now, after more than 1 year, they still keep my money (nearly $200) hostage and haven't delivered.

I placed my order in september... it' decebmer and I haven't heard any new about my package or my money. Even though I wrote them like a dozen emails drom various accounts, stull nothing. They have one automatic response and thet it's silence I really advise you to stay away because you will never see your money again. Bunch of thieves and scammers.

When you notify their "support" team about this, you're sent a confusing form via Google Docs to fill out. After that, no response, no follow up, Nothing.

As title says. They are literally the worst company I dealt with. Will never ever use again. Random automated response about my case which I asked one of the item to be removed. 1 month+ shipping also.
I don't know how many times I have order from this website but it's legit and trustworthy. Love it and affordable price! I will always come back to repurchase them skincare products. Take a while to ship if you get the items that is not in stock. Some of these are repurchased because I ran out and some are new products that I'm trying out. I just received my order today that I shop for Black Friday. Thank you stylevana looking forward to more and more! Xoxo!
Ordered on October 30th, I still have not received goods. Checked order status on their website and it showed none was prepared. They took the money but never bothered to do anything. Sounded like a scam to me.
I made an order over a month ago and it's STILL processing. I don't mind the month long shipping wait but a month long process time is extreme. My other order I made after has shipped already. And when I email them no one responds.
I just really wish I could find the products they have on a better website cause they're so slow and never respond. For the summer I went out of state so I assumed my products should be delivered in a month, i already knew not to expect much and gave them a whole month, but forget about deliver my order is still PROCESSING. It's been processing for a month, I won't be here anymore and emailed them to at least change my address to my original since I'll be gone soon but they still haven't answered any of my emails. At this point I'd forget about it but I spent a lot on that order and would like to receive it.
I placed two separate orders. They took forever to ship even though the items were in stock. The first order finally arrived almost a month after ordering. The second order showed delivered to a random town in a completely different state. I reached out to customer service who asked me to fill out a form and provide a copy of photo id. Being located in the US I have never been asked for photo identification when a package was clearly delivered to the wrong address (wrong state even). When I asked for additional information about how that information was used (I have privacy and identity theft concerns) I was ignored. So I followed up a couple more times asking for additional info with no response. Finally after my third email I get a generic response telling me the same thing, fill out a form and provide photo ID... again no explanation how my information is being used or given to. If I received a reasonable explanation as to why they need that info it would be one thing, but to ignore the question altogether just seems completely shady to me. So my money is now lost unless I want to gamble on giving them more of my personal information with no explanation. I would caution anyone from buying from this company, there are comparable online retailers that have better customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Answer: A COMPLETE SCAM. I made an order with insured shipping, didn't receive any parcels despite they claiming it was "delivered", and their customer service is THE WORST. They're not helpful at all. Please buy in other site.
