They sold items with incorrect item information on the title. I complained about it but never got a refund. Even if I ordered a product, they canceled my order because the item was out of stock. Delivery took 2 months. No matter how cheap it is, there is no reason for me to use this place.
By far the slowest customer service I have ever had. I placed 2 orders in a short time frame which were put under investigation for fraud. They sent me an email asking for me to provide an ID a proof of address and proof of my credit card to which I provided. It has been almost 2 weeks since I have provided them with the information and I have also opened new tickets as well as responded to the current one and I have not received one response or follow up. Another thing to be noted is if anything on the website says it will be shipped within 24 hours they are lying. Be ready to wait 1 month just for your item to be shipped and then another week or so for shipping. Everything about this website is just slow. Another issue with the website is that they will post a coupon code on the front page of the website but they will not specify which products it is applicable to. They also have fully prevented my account from using coupon codes at all and that ticket I have been waiting on a response for a week aswell. If I were you I would go to YesStyle and pay a little bit extra for much better customer service and exponentially faster shipping times. If Stylevana would like to respond to this review with the same copy paste garbage my order numbers are #BWSVXXA******* and #BWSVXXA*******.
Your better off going with another Asian beauty care supplier because even though Stylevana has the best prices that doesn't really matter if you never get your order I placed an order on March 5 that still has yet to be sent all because of 2 items that they say are out of stock and at the time I placed the order it said it was in stock on there website I made sure of this so I did have this problem. Finally they asked if I wanted to cancel those items so my order would ship and they would refund me so I agreed well here it is a few days later and my order still hasn't shipped and they only gave me a partial refund?! Like what is that a partial refund this was totally there mistake and instead of being apologetic they only give me half a refund. So this company is willing to screw over their customers if it means saving a few extra dollars so apparently word of mouth or customer satisfaction is not a concern of theirs at all. Not only that but it took so much back and forth to even get a reply from them most of the time it's just automated answers and you're talking to a bit not a real person. It's not worth the hassle and the frustration dealing with them just to save a few extra dollars because there prices are a little lower then other sites but trust me I would much rather pay a few extra dollars and have some security that I will actually get my items then deal with sytelvana again!
I have been trying to contact them by email for a month and a half, but they have been so vague in their responses that I have given up.
I will never use this company again!
Ba very careful buying from seller. When I got my item it was expired 03/12/2022...two years ago. Had to return but it is supper difficult process.
I decided to write this review due to all the negative reviews here.
Firstly, their products are fantastic, reasonably priced and much better quality and cheaper than European/western counterparts.
Secondly, of course the shipping is going to take a while. It is coming from the other side of the world! (I'm in the UK). They're not going to pay premium to just fly it straight to your doorstep via a personal courier. What do you want and expect?!
Thirdly I've contacted their customer services via email before (when I first ordered from them) to chase up a delivery. They normally reply between 1-3 days. But they do always reply and help in my experience.
I've ordered from them for years and never had a single problem. Not one!

I recently had an experience with Stylevana that has left me quite frustrated. The main issue revolves around their customer service, which has been disappointingly slow in responding to my queries. Moreover, I encountered significant challenges when attempting to cancel my order. Despite my multiple attempts, I faced a persistent problem regarding one out-of-stock item. It seems like a straightforward request to cancel the entire order should be accommodated, yet I repeatedly received responses indicating that only the specific out-of-stock product could be cancelled. This lack of flexibility and understanding is truly frustrating for a customer who simply wants to cancel an entire order. I'm simply told to wait till March 7th for an item to be in stock.
The overall communication and customer service experience have been subpar, leading me to regret placing an order with Stylevana. The difficulty in getting a timely response and the seemingly inflexible order cancellation process have left me with a sense of dissatisfaction.
I ordered something in early December, by January it still hadn't shipped, so I reached out to see what was going on assuming it was a fluke. They said it had been lost in the mail and that they would send a replacement. Three weeks later, the tracking number for the replacement said the same thing as the original order: "label created, not yet shipped." I reached out again and asked what was going on, they said it was going to ship soon. Another week or so went by and I said I needed a refund immediately (I had already ordered the product from a different site) and then they gave me a FAKE tracking link with a completely different order number that said it was delivered, which obviously wasn't true.
I made a big purchase from Stylevana, and my order was delivered at the wrong address. Despite the letter written by the carrier, apologizing for the lost package, which I resent to Stylevana, they refused to give me a refund or resend my original order. Least reliable company, ever. They didn't even bother in responding my messages.
I placed an order 2 weeks ago and have not received anything. The support team pretends they can't help. I have a feeling these are scammers.

Worst company ever! We placed the order for €70 in November 2023. It was sent by the courier company Hermes. The order was not delivered to us, instead it was returned back to Stylevana.
I wrote a couple of e-mails to the Stylevana company, but no one answered me. After a month my sister wrote to them and finally after a month someone answered us! They wrote that they will send again, after 3 days nothing happened, then they wrote that they are not sending us and give us a voucher. The sister replied, I don't want a voucher, but our order. Guess what? In a few weeks, no one answer. We don't have an order from NOVEMBER 2023! IT IS 2/7/2024! And we don't have money either

One of the items received was unsealed and used, the cream was not full and no label which every product has one with expiry date. I have contacted them and after a few emails, no further communication, no response.
They are scammer and bull$#*! I have place to order almost 200€ and get nothing no tracking number no contact information they $#*!ing stolen my money don't order from this scammer site

Within days Credit Card was being used to make fraudulent purchases.
I live in Arizona, but card got charges in Minnesota and Texas.

I brought three items, and none of them were shipped. The only way of contact is email. And they always blame the courier. They ask me to wait for 10 more days and then they will file a claim to the courier. However, the courier told me that they just printed the shipping label and never paid for the shipment and never gave the package to them.

I ordered a single small item listed as "in stock" and 3 months later it never shipped. Tried to cancel but it took another month to hear back and then another month for my refund. Never again.
I ordered from them months ago and they had me fill out a form because they themselves saw I never received it. They said they had to appeal to the shipping company and it has been months and they don't answer my emails anymore. I am sure I will never see my money.
I orederd in Dec 2023. All items in stock and usually ship in 24 hours. Emails have been answered but won't say when items will ship. I've told them to cancel the order. But they won't do that either. I've opened a case with PayPal to resolve. I would never order for them again. It feels like a scam.

Answer: A COMPLETE SCAM. I made an order with insured shipping, didn't receive any parcels despite they claiming it was "delivered", and their customer service is THE WORST. They're not helpful at all. Please buy in other site.
