The final purchase paid is higher than the Grand total bills. There is hidden surcharge on top of what you are expected to pay. In my case they charged me extra almost $40AUD which I don't know where it coming from. E-mailed them but not yet received any response.
I am super fine, all what i order come, nothing crush, all perfect. It take 3months and i am just fine with it, like from Honkong to middle eu, hey why not and lets be honest, they have all brands, you dont need to go to other webs and hope "there is my corean beauty" nope, you grab it here and buy it. If I could give this business zero stars I would. Awful customer service. They lie about products in stock and it takes 4 months to receive products. I could have swam it over myself in that time. There are many other K beauty retailers out there. Any of them are a better choice than Stylvana.
Don't even bother buying something from Stylevana. They are scammers. I made an order on July despite seeing all those bad reviews and oh lord they were true. I got scammed by them. I never received my order even though they said it was "delivered". Customer service doesn't provide any help at all and their replies takes several days. I 100% DON'T RECOMMEND SHOPPING IN STYLEVANA. Save yourself the trouble of doing so.
I bought korea products because it's cheap and was thinking they are legit company with great dismay, it's been like 3 mos now no single product arrived. I have send them multiple emails with reply that it's coming just delay with covid etc. i have requested for refund but not reply. So please don't buy from this company.
DO NOT BUY FROM STYLEVANA! Issues with purchase, + terrible customer service! They listed a sunscreen at $16.49 each, and $19.49 for a set of 2. So I purchased the set for a better unit price. However I only received one. I contacted them many many times and waited weeks for them to get back to me. They insisted it was a listing error and refused to send me another one or refund me the difference. Although the difference is only a few dollars, but this is not about money. I am extremely not happy with the terrible customer service.
I bought 10 products masks and foundation about $50 from Stylevana on 6 July, and they didn't ship to me, for the last 2 months time, I contact stylevana and their delivery company Aramex several times, They refuse to tell me who give the 'authority to leave', so that I can claim from Paypal. Aramex the delivery company and Stylevana are playing tennis say that I need to contact the other side delivery company/seller to confirm 'who give the authority to leave'. For the last month, Stylevana ignore my email and no reply whatsoever after I request refund. I can't get my money back! I'll report to ACCC and people Do Not Buy from Stylevana!
I was anxious about ordering on Stylevana from all the bad reviews it got, but needed some new makeup and thought I'd give it a try anyways. I'm pleasantly surprised; all products came in perfect condition with their safety seals still intact and the package was very neatly wrapped with several layers of bubble wrap. Shipping was relatively okay as well, it ended up arriving in the time that the website listed for my country (which rarely ever happens). I feel like people only come and write reviews when they have something bad to say so I'm posting my positive experience here to let others know that it's not always all the bad. I would definitely order from them again.

*8/11/22 They have finally emailed back and will be refunding me the shipping fee. This should've been done from the beginning! Morally so wrong. :( I hope they realize that every customer counts.
Frankly embarrassing for a customer to be out of pocket for a failed delivery on Stylevana's part for 3 months!
Even after fully cooperating with their internal investigations by signing a letter of denial and attaching my passport ID, Stylevana has deliberately withheld my refund.
Stylevana is clearly in violation of their own EU terms and conditions in addition to the consumer rights law in Europe (I am in the Netherlands).
I will be escalating this dispute and recommend you avoid shopping with them.

Its been one month. Im still waiting for my order. I told them either send it out immedately or refund. Obviously, they don't want to do both
I placed 2 separate orders. One arrived in 3 weeks the other hasn't arrived yet. It's been over 4 MONTHS. I messaged customer support and they said they would re-ship my order. That was over 2 months ago. Very frustrating I'll never buy from them again
Girls, same here, I placed order for them, now it is more than 4 weeks, no update, no reply for emails... I just found out the review about this company here, it is too late for me... Hope you are luckier than us and can read their poor services here. I paid by credit card, no idea if I can ask for refund from the bank...
Update - Finally I received the products! Believe they are authentic ones. Want to give a fair and complete review about this company. However, because of the terrible customer service (no real person customer service for delivery follow up and super slow delivery, I would not buy from them next time. Good luck, ladies!
It's pretty shameless to continue advertising while my order # BWSVESA******* from June 6th worth nearly 130€ (paid immediately) has not even been shipped yet (although all of the items I ordered are advertised to be shipped within 24 hrs.) and they don't react to emails. The reviews in the last few weeks are catastrophic, everyone complains about the same thing. But they still sell and sell and sell and take the money. This behavior is known from companies that are about to go bankrupt. I for one will now open a case with PayPal to get my money back.
Update:
I reported a conflict with PayPal on July 21st and on July 31st PayPal decided in my favor and I got a complete refund. PayPal did this after reviewing my case and because Stylevana failed to respond to their inquiries in the given time frame. I just can recommend to anyone to do these kind of transactions, whenever possible, only via PayPal. At least with them you get your money back.
First time buying from stylevana, free express shipping and it took about 2-3 weeks. The items were shipped well and safe. This site is perfect if you're looking to refill or re purchase, buy a month ahead before you finish the product and your package will probably ship around the same time. The cheap prices and $48+ free shipping are hard to beat
I ordered few times previously from here without any issues and I made an order 2 weeks ago and haven't heard back anything, I emailed them and never received a response. I am asking for refund now and if they keep ignoring me I will take the matter further.

I hate waiting for months on a parcel. I messaged them a few weeks later and got a rambled reponse about how "careful hands are preparing your package". I wonder how careful they must be because it took months for this $#*! to arrive at my door! And I selected the express option! When I placed an order with Olive Young I had all items arrive within 4 days to my regional city in the Oceania region.

Realicé el pedido BWSVESA******* el 04/05/2022; el 19/05/2022 me llega un producto que no tiene nada que ver con lo que he pedido, y a día de hoy ni me lo han solucionado, ni me quieren devolver el dinero. Llevo detrás de ellos desde que les comunico la incidencia el 25/05/2022, porque encima no tienen teléfono de atención al cliente, hasta que encontré una vía de contacto por email; y llevo reclamando la devolución desde el 27/06/2022, pero además de tardar una eternidad en contestar, responden con plantillas genéricas que no tienen nada que ver con lo que les reclamo, y así pasan las semanas mareándome la perdiz. Su filosofía consiste en que si ellos cometen el error de equivocarse con el pedido, pues mala suerte y ahí te quedas. No son nada serios. INDIGNANTE Y DENUNCIABLE
I ordered $100 worth of skincare items and they never arrived. This happened in April, and it is now July. Their customer service is horrible. It takes them a month to reply to emails. Sometimes they wouldn't respond at all so I would have to message them on Facebook asking for them to respond to my emails. It always took 4-6 weeks to get a response. They finally told me they will not be refunding or replacing the items that never arrived. Never order from this website, find somewhere else to order from. Dealing with Stylevana has been a nightmare and I'm now out the $100 I spent. I paid extra for insured shipping and that didn't even matter.
SCAM, WASTE OF MONEY and TIME
On 24/5/2022 i ordered 5 x Ciracle - Enzyme Foam Cleanser -150ml with total AU$80.45. I sent at least 5 emails about my order. Initially they said that they have 2 items and then 3 items in a week later. I told them just send what ever they have and refund the remaining. Until today, I have not received anything.
THIS IS ABSOLUTE A SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: A COMPLETE SCAM. I made an order with insured shipping, didn't receive any parcels despite they claiming it was "delivered", and their customer service is THE WORST. They're not helpful at all. Please buy in other site.
