Personally idc abt delivery speed. I ordered 2 sunscreens and the snail spray and it came in around 7 weeks. May 29 - June 18. I saw the good prices and was tempted, not a scam but not amazon. They also put in this random sample of a serum, its a small 1 ml pouch the TIA II Vita B3 Source. Idk what thats about but.

This is a few hours later and I've actually unboxed the products, I dont know if it's because i'm a new account and I got some deal but for my dewytree pink whatever sunscreen it also came with more samples of the same sunscreen and dewytree's milk cleanser. I probably won't buy again but for a new account and everything they have really good deals

I love all of the products available. It's a little cheaper than others sites, but shipping takes a long time, and the site is incredibly slow. The features on the app don't run very smoothly, but it still gets the job done. I'll be continuing to use it though because it is so much more convenient.

This is scam website. Please be cautious. After you placed order, no updated status, no response to emails at all. And it shows it is from hongkong had to contact my bank get money back

This was my first time ordering from Stylevana. After I ordered I noticed all the negative reviews and got worried. I didn't need to be. First of all when you order it says whether itll ship in 1-3days or 30 days, so check that first.
I ordered on May 21st and it got shipped on the 25th. My skincare products were wrapped in bubble wrap, so it arrived safely.
I will say this. If you are ordering from the United States it will take almost 2weeks to get your order (which isnt their fault). I got mine on June 4. So be prepared for that.
Id order from them again.

Same like others, product didn't arrived. Waited for a long time. Email them few times no reply at all, only automated reply. I think I am being cheated. Don't buy from them if you don't the headache.

Order made on April 28th - until today not processed, no contact, support, no tracking, no assistance. KEEP AWAY!

Awful experience - have been waiting for my package for a month now, it has never even been to my city, Contacted Revolut for return, contacted the website multiple times - everything is ignored and no progress at all. Draining experience, they take the money and don't care for the order. It is marked as 'delivered' in my account, but I have never seen the parcel. Scum, do not buy here!

UPD: I am disgusted. Company has reached out to me after I left a review here after a month of them and the post office ignoring me. I have informed previously I will be leaving the country in a month because I'm a displaced refugee. The parcel was NEVER attempted to be delivered - I was home all the time. They have reached out asking me the information all of which I provided in multiple tickets thoroughly the month with updated address. I patiently was giving them info with exactly the same address so they can rearrange the delivery but it never was. They say 'carrier doesn't provide refund' but I have paid both for delivery and the parcel. Sounds like a 'you' problem to me. Simply infuriating. Now they have waited a month until the package has returned to the warehouse so they can keep the product and the money. Never ever order from here, save your money and nerves!

Terrible service! I have ordered from them about 2 months ago and I still didn't get my products! I emailed them about it and no response. I asked them for my refund and still no response! I emailed them numerous times and they just don't respond. Non existing customer service! I have ordered from other Korean sites and it's never this long. I always got my products or at least an email! NOT THIS COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS THEM!

Very bad experience with Stylevana. Customer servcie does not respons at all, on any platform. I'm already waiting for more than 4 weeks! I only receive automatically generated responses... Also the coupon codes do not work as they advertise. I would definitely NOT recommend Stylevana.

I ordered two packet of cream from this website and only one cam. The shipment took forever. And I end up found out shipped from China. I contacted the the customer services to solve the problem. It takes 7 days for them to respond me for the photo of the product. I sent the photo and never back to me any more, it has been over 2 weeks since I resent the last request. I wouldn't never buy anything from this website.

I purchased shampoo and bodywash in March, and I'm still waiting for my order. If you want to waste your money then go buy. It's totally wasting my time and money.

stylevana.com is an awful service. On the website they states that for all my products the shipping was one in 24h but I placed the order #BWSVITA******* on Tuesday and we are on Friday and it is still written "your order is being elaborated" This awful service completely spoiled the present I had to make. They basically state the false. They are super slow. I don't understand how long does it take to take a bottle and put it in a parcel. Honestly I cannot even cancel my order because this scammers do not allow that. I wish all websites would be like Amazon. They do not even allow refunds which is illegal in Europe. I will never in my life order again and I hope you will follow my advice.

My order arrived in about 3 weeks and they provided tracking info as soon as the parcel was en route to my house. After reading the negative reviews, I was worried, but it showed up in relatively good time for the distance it had to travel. Plus, the parcel was small and well wrapped. This was my first order from them, but I will definitely purchase more in the future.

First time placing order with Stylevana and it's going good so far as the Package has been dispatched within one working week, I've received the tracking email and it's showing me updates that at which step is my package right now. I placed the order without reading any reviews about Stylevana, and when I read the reviews on different review sites and social media (specially TikTok), it turned out most of the people have complaints about them (mostly delayed packages, bad customer service, refund haven't received etc etc), after reading these comments I was quite worried that may be my experience is gonna be like them as well but I was pleasantly surprised when I received 2 emails back and forth saying that my order has been packed and dispatched along with tracking email with one working week of placing the order.

They do not answer your emails and do not send your purchase over in the time guaranteed. I still have not recieved my order and they don't answer my emails. You're better off buying the product a little more pricier from where you live.

I ordered three items from stylevana, and the courier said my items had been delivered, I recommend buying from iherb instead, as it sells the same items for the similar prices, and is a more reputable site. Avoid styelvana as its hit and miss
