The online tool used to place a picture on the canvas was awful, constantly reset, and had no option for mirrored edges. I had to create mirrored edges myself to make the picture work, and I clearly put the mirror out of frame as marked by the website. Then when I got the picture, the mirrored edge was actually in frame, not on the side edges of the print.
I've used multiple websites and never been so frustrated or spent so much time editing my photos just so it would look good and fit properly in the website. Other sites took 15 minutes. This site took 3 hours and even then didn't deliver ehat I ordered based on what they showed.
I found Smallwood's on Facebook and kept seeing their ads - I finally placed my first order - and I can't even tell you how perfect the picture of my family turned out - It was beautiful and perfect for my frame that I already had. I placed a second order and again Smallwood's delivered the most beautiful picture of my husband and I with our 5 grands. Service was fast and our pictures were delivered wrapped up for no chance of damage. Thank you Smallwoods. You have a customer for life.

Ordered 2 framed pictures of 22 x 44 of my wedding day the first one come at the right time cause I paid for expedited shipping then the next one come on the following Monday and when I opened it up, excited to hang it up with the other one it came in blurry, and then our chip in the frame and when you go to try to reach out to correct the problem with customer service it is such a hassle

I have purchased over 15 frames from Smallwoods and love each one of them- except for this purchase. The corner of the frame is defective and customer service will not replace the item stating that it "meets their QC standards" — well it seems like their standards have gone down hill!
We have 4 Smallwood frames in our home now, most recently adding one to our basement and with no hesitation I knew where I was ordering from. They come quickly and are printed to clearly and the best is that it's easy to hang and now they have "refills" for your frames!
I had framed canvas done for our family 4 years ago and just replaced them with new ones. Such great quality and look so nice! I did find the website finicky to make them and not the most user friendly but the end result was wonderful!
This piece is large and holds its own. I love it and added a little embellishment. I may still add some lights. Also, keep the box so it stores well. Light weight and hangs with a simple nail.
I love the frame and picture but on the one side the clip is in front of the picture instead of behind it. I'm afraid to force it into place as I don't want to damage the picture. I took a picture but can't upload here.
I've ordered a ton of pictures from Smallwoods, uploaded from various places. New cameras, old ones, phones, computers. Regardless of the quality of my picture, Smallwoods always delivers quality products for our homes and for gifts we are giving. 5 stars every time

This was my first time using smallwoods for framing, the site was easy to use and the product came out beautifully. My only feedback would be to have the option to zoom in on the finished product before ordering as I went back and forth on frame color for a bit and felt like a zoom option might have been helpful.
This was probably our 30th purchase. We've been gifting families group photos and reunion photos and they are all sold on Smallwoods too. Always courteous, and fast!

I was very pleased with Small woods customer service and follow up. I had one small issue with my order. They took care of it promptly. Now my pictures are framed and hanging on the wall. I love them.

Loved my images but the frames corners were separated and you could see that when I hung them up. Customer service emailed back but took several hours to 24 h hours for a response 6 times. Very Disappointed since you pay so much you would expect better service.

Answer: I had one print damaged during shipping but was able to fix it easily. They need to work on packing and shipping. There are opportunities for improvement.
