The product itself is beautiful. The images are clear and exactly how I want them to look. One of the uploads didn't load correctly. And their help desk reached out to me letting me know of the issue and we were able to get it corrected quickly and it came out perfectly. Best experience.
The prints came out amazing! The website design process is tricky, very outdated software. But the frames look awesome in our house!
Ordered a framed wall print - arrived badly damaged twice. The customer service team did a great job processing and sending a replacement. But it was annoying to get a damaged print not once but twice.

I have a Smallwood wall and order prints to fill it in with each of my babies. I ordered two separate times and the stained frames came in completely different colors. I was told this was just "variance" in natural wood. I understand the difference in stain variation and different stain colors. Long story short, the frame colors were so different that I couldn't hang them next to each other as I wanted. I asked just to repurchase at my original price and was denied. So if you order, make sure you order all at once and don't add frames later. Probably the least helpful customer service I've experienced.

Ordered a new picture of my kids for our house. And the size and quality of the picture is incredible! First time customer and I will for sure be ordering more.
I originally ordered my prints and they came in wrong (I ordered a border and no border was on the prints, they came full size). I contacted customer service and then spoke to a manager offered me a credit to reorder the prints as the customer service representative that helped me order the original prints made an error, but I still paid for tax and shipping. When the new prints came in, one of the photos was very blurry to the point where it could not be hung in my home. None of the other photos were blurry in the order or my previous order. When uploading this photo, I did no cropping or editing. I contacted customer service yet again (which is a pain FYI because you have to put in a ticket first which is a time consuming process) and they were not offering to replace or try to reorder the photo. I try to support small businesses but I will not reorder from Smallwoods again and I advise you to stay clear if you want to get good quality and avoid frustration.
Using the site was ok. I found it difficult to see how the final outcomes would be. Consequently some of my picked were slightly blurry when printed. This was not evident on the computer screen. Purchase process was good and delivery was vey timely
The product was easy to customize and arrived quickly. I was quite pleased with the quality of the print and frame. The only thing I would change is to include saw hooks on the back so it comes ready to hang.
My first order with Smallwood was probably 2-3 years ago and now I will always order from them. The quality is like no other! Every single print I've ordered has come out way better than I ever expected. My most recent order was pictures from our first ever Disney trip and I will be able to cherish these forever!

I have used SmallWoods before, and have loved them. I ordered 6 big canvas with wood frames of my family and they arrived exactly 1 week later. They came way faster than expected and they packed them very good so nothing was damaged!

Answer: I had one print damaged during shipping but was able to fix it easily. They need to work on packing and shipping. There are opportunities for improvement.
