Was very easy to order, order came quickly, and was very happy with how they turned out. Will be using them again in the future.
Blurry photos with poor quality materials. The mat is not a true mat but just printed on. Embarrassed to put these up. Trying to return but customer service still hasn't responded to me.
On 5/17 I ordered 2 pieces. One was created and delivered per your usual schedule, the other still has not been sent yet. This is going to a new client and I had to finally call to see where the second piece is in the process. I was assured it is now with the delivery company and that I would be getting some communication. Nothing yet.
I'm deeply unhappy with the delay and the new client is not impressed.
This is the third time we've ordered from Smallwoods, and once again we are beyond happy with the results. Our first order included the 25" x 17" framed photos, and as our family has grown, we've continued adding more frames and inserts. The quality has been exceptional every time. What you see is truly what you get, and the combination of beautiful craftsmanship and reasonable pricing makes it even better. Our wall now proudly displays seven cherished framed memories.
I ordered several framed prints of my dogs, and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. The print quality is beautiful, the colors are true to the original images, and the details came through wonderfully. Seeing my photography displayed as wall art made me appreciate the images in a whole new way. Everything arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. The finished pieces have added so much warmth and personality to our home, and they've quickly become some of my favorite things in the house.
I placed my order for pictures of my 3 grandchildren and they came in! They are more beautiful that I had envisioned them being!
Have bought so many prints over the years, keep coming back! Have bought for family members too - great quality and they're gorgeous to hang around the house! Only ever had one print issue and customer service helped to fix it immediately! Would recommend over and over again!
I ordered 3 framed stain prints. Easy ordering process and quick delivery. The prints are of my 3 of 4 children's wedding photos. Our last child is getting married in September and will be ordering another one to complete my wall

I intended to match 2 photos previously ordered. I will need to upgrade my younger grandchildren's photos because the new one is even more beautiful! No plexiglass = no glare. Also, I would recommend a weatherproof wrap around the picture, if possible.
5/6 of our prints arrived damaged. The brackets were not secure and scratched the acrylic leaving super ugly marks on the front. The frames were also not aligned, making them look like they had fallen off the wall and were super cheap. I immediately reached out to customer service and it's been 7 days with no response. I am so frustrated because I actually like how the prints look but I'd like to get what I paid for and not some completely banged up.
My home is filled with prints from Smallwoods. They are a great company to buy from with quality products, fast ship times and excellent customer service.
I emailed shortly after placing an order to flag that I had uploaded the wrong image and included the correct one. I did not receive a response until several days later, after I followed up. By that time, the photos had already arrived, so the issue could not be corrected.
On my second order, one of the large frames arrived damaged with a dent in the print. I sent photos and was offered store credit, but the case was then closed immediately, and I was not given any clear way to access the credit.
Overall, the customer support felt too slow to address the original issue and too quick to close the second before it was fully resolved. At this point, I am left without a solution to the initial mistake and without the promised store credit. I have ordered many times before and have generally been satisfied, but I am very disappointed with the service, especially after spending several hundred dollars on products between the two recent orders.
The two pictures I got turned out better than I thought they would be. I can't wait to buy more and I will be buying more. Best picture and frames I've ever gotten from anywhere.
I had (4) damaged prints upon delivery, sent photos, more photos were requested which were sent. Still no response. In addition, the size of prints i currently have (12x44) are no longer made so replacements aren't even an option, which was a lot of money spent to then have to replace frames again.
First and last time I'll use them. One of the heads isn't in the frame and since I've never ordered before it would had been nice for someone to reach out before printing or just adjust it like it needed to be. Too expensive to get what I got. Disappointed!
I love smallwoods and will use them again. However, I'm not impressed after getting a matted photo. The plexiglass has a lot of glare. The photo is on a foam board not the textured that you get when you don't have the matte the clips weren't properly put on the outside of the board some were left underneath I just wasn't happy the quality control and am still frustrated with the horrible glare.
Ordered a photo for my wife as an anniversary gift. I can share photos it will be easier to see for yourselves. I'm shocked at the poor quality but more so the lack of quality control. The photo with backing isn't even secured in the space. Some of the flanges are bent to hold it and most are not secured, not even close. Aside from that, there is lint and debris between the clear plastic and the photo.
My product was grainy and dark. I reached out to the company and they responded by telling me it was the photo I chose. You would think that a company such as this and doing what they do, would have the tools and knowledge on how to adjust the photo through using AI and other techniques. I guess I don't understand how they couldn't do that. Anyway the owness was placed on me. I will never order from them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
I would strongly discourage anyone from using Small Woods for photo prints. I spent $400 on products, expecting professional-quality results, but the prints I received were blurry, grainy, and far below acceptable quality standards.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that the images were received that way — which is hard to believe considering the files submitted were professional-quality images. Instead of standing behind their product, they refused to offer a refund or accept returns because the items were considered "custom prints." By that logic, nearly everything ordered from a printing company is custom.
The customer service experience was equally disappointing. Response times were slow, communication was poor, and there was no effort made to resolve the issue or retain a customer who spent a significant amount of money.
I will not be using this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for quality prints or reliable customer service.
