I usually have no issues ordering from Smallwood. All of my canvas prints in frames always looked nice in the past, The reason I'm giving a 3 star is because I received an email saying my order was on hold until going to attached site. The attached site was to this review. I have not even received my current order to give a review.

Hands down one of the best customer support experiences I've had! My packages were delivered at wrong address which was a pain but they did not hesitate to replace my packages. They were super easy to get ahold of, talk to and help ease my mind that I would get my product on time. The products let alone are amazing as-well. I will definitely be buying from here again. I've been using Smallwoods for years for all my photo needs. Their customer service is always amazing – if anything arrives damaged, they're quick to send out a replacement without any hassle. Their products are beautiful and high quality, and it's clear they care about their customers. Awesome customer service. I had intended to ship my order directly to my daughter as a gift for her birthday, but forgot to change the shipping address to her address. If you're considering ordering custom pictures, stop scrolling and just do it—Smallwoods is incredible. My order arrived quickly, and the quality was even better than I expected. I made a mistake during the ordering process and didn't realize it until the prints arrived. I reached out to customer support (on a Sunday night!), and they responded with so much kindness and understanding. Kelly and the team had my issue fully resolved in less than 24 hours. I believe it will just be slightly blurry due to the actual image since we were moving in the photo being taken and it also being enlarged so I'm fine with how it looks with what is shown in the email sent with the photo being updated with no text!

Im not happy at all with what I received. I just wanted to replace the pics I have framed from y'all with updated family pics. I thought that was what I ordered. I got cardboard type canvas prints that are not done well at all.
This was my first time ordering and the quality in the print material and frames is fine. Shipping was fast. My disappointment is in how drastic the image contrast was from what I ordered. They came out way darker. I reached out to customer service and they said they wouldn't reprint and gave me a color diagram to show the difference in the way their printer prints colors darker than normal. This would have been helpful to see at the time of ordering and not when it was too late. Now I've spent over a $100 and can't use the prints unfortunately.
I had a couple of issues with a large order. I reach out to customer support and they were very quick to respond and resolve my issues. Also very courteous!

Answer: I had one print damaged during shipping but was able to fix it easily. They need to work on packing and shipping. There are opportunities for improvement.
