I ordered a framed print from Smallwoods during a sale. It arrived timely but had a crease in the print. I reached out to their support with a photo of the crease, and Kelly responded quickly (and on a Sunday) that a new print would be on its way! She also included instructions for replacing it in the frame. Thank you Smallwoods for great customer service!
How dare you guys make the best product we've ever ordered! We are absolutely in love with our new addition since our son was born Jan 2025. My friends and family absolutely love how nice the prints always come out. Even my 3 yr old was excited to see herself and her baby brother. My first time ordering from here, mixed feeling about experience. I ordered a family picture from my son's recent wedding and was very impressed with how quickly it shipped and was received. When I brought box inside I saw a large gash in back of box and was concerned it may have damaged pic. Well it did. Something went through box and through my picture. Although this is clearly fed exs fault, there was also nothing around the picture. No bubble wrap, protective cardboard, nothing at all except the large, framed picture inside a thin box. I was contacted first thing Monday morning and told a new print would be sent out right away "all" I need to do is remove the damaged one and replace it with the new one. Not a big deal really, but also not really something I should be having to do. Really is a beautiful picture though.

This is my third time ordering from Smallwoods! I love these wood framed large prints so much! They look so beautiful in my house. I've always ordered the larger sizes and they turn out amazing... this last time I also ordered a print in a 10x12 size and I'm not happy with how dark the picture looks. I will stick with the larger sizes from now on because I've never been disappointed with any of those.

I have ordered from them a few times and love their products, they are well made! This last time I ordered, I ended up wanting to order a different picture for my daughter and I just contacted customer service, they responded very quickly and they made the change, I also found out I had a better coupon than I originally used and they even refunded for the better coupon! Always a great experience!

Answer: I had one print damaged during shipping but was able to fix it easily. They need to work on packing and shipping. There are opportunities for improvement.
