I needed extra help securing a one bedroom, suite, and had difficulty in the town. I would preferred it in.
The reservationist helped me secure a one bedroom suite in a different town and as it turned out, it was the same hotel. I was going to be staying in the day following so it worked out beautifully. She did everything I asked, and then some and was very courteous and helpful the whole way through if you're lucky enough to get her on your call, you'll be very happy with the result. Thank you again reservations you help get our travel and stay secured.

Jorge gave my family hope, but no guarantees of a room for a mother & daughter time while father is deployed overseas. Would be a nice experience but Jorge was kind to put our name on the waitlist. He offered other options but since we're from Virginia Beach, we just would like to have a historic family visit experience Thank you 😊

Tried to secure a 2 queen or King room for daughter in law. Every room was grabbed up before could complete the transaction! 😔. However the reservation attendant did her best. And did not get impatient with the situation.she was able to agree jeadt get transactions completed and at least more than one bed🤗 Kudos to her.

At first I thought my experience with Roberto was great, until I found out it was all lies. He told us he was at the hotel(lie) he told us we would not be charged until we got there (lie) he never told us he didn't work for the hotel at all, and totally led us to believe he did.

I asked if this was hotel for making reservations you said yes! I thought I was talking to hotel you told me no double bed rooms available! I wanted to pay ahead didn't know could not cancel! You may have told me but you were a little demanding I say do you want the room! I told you going to my grandsons play he was starring in it! I call 411 got hotel they had 7 rooms and when I called you text back system said I could not cancel! Now I have to bring blow up mattresses!

I had trouble making a reservation online. I kept getting declined. It suggested I call and I did.Because I had tried several times & declined the bank shut my 2 cards dowm. I went to the bank and got that fixed, then called back and we were able book the reservation with a $30 deposit and payment due at checking. He qualified us for senior citizen and disabled veteran discounts. Which was great. He was pleasant a ND very helpful. 5 star treatment all the way.

Because you handle phone reservations through a foreign company, I could not understand much of what she was saying. She could not pull up my membership information and she kept interrupting me when I was trying to ask a question. I know she follows a script, and she did it well, but she couldn't answer any of my questions. I tried to call the hotel directly but it sends me to the foreign reservation service. I was very tempted to not use a Marriott hotel and I'll have to give it some thought before I use them again

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
