The agent l lied to me l told him Expedia had it for $79 a night which includes taxes. He said no we would be charged them w cell phone We checked in so l made reservations with him, turns out at hotel they would have charged me $144.59 and he charged me $239.00 do not believe this site I.

Victor Adony did an amazing job at getting me to see the importance of booking reservations when I did, because as we were making the reservations, the rooms almost sold out! Essentially, I would've been out of luck had Victor not offered me a great rate and expressed the importance of booking right then and there, as opposed to me trying to reserve late, looking for a lower room rate lol. Thanks buddy!

I was told that this establishment was three and a half stars so I booked the room. When I looked at the reviews people were saying that there were roaches in the rooms people laying around drunk pr on drugs and people walking around in the parking lot looking in cars. I was going to cancel and rebook somewhere else in the area but was told that I wouldn't get a refund.

I was looking to book hotel near heathrow. I chose the Sofitel T5. I chose this as it was next to my car hire Sixt. I was trying to book Sofitel direct but was having trouble with direct booking. There was a contact no which at the time I believe was
*******593. I got a voice at the other end which I believe was AI. He mentioned Carrington Hotel and I stated I wanted a hotel by the airport. We then went through the process of booking and at the end I said please confirm this this is by Terminal 5. I was told that is was the Carrington Hotel Newport Pagnal, I said that this was no good to me cancel this and get me a hotel by Heathrow. I was then booked into the holiday inn express terminal 4. However I have been charged for both Newport Pagnal and the holiday inn. I have contacted the booking company and found it very to get a response. I had to wait in a long line waiting for an agent and was told they would call be in 15 minutes but didn't get one. As well as despite spelling my email phonetically it came completely incorrect. I believe the completely incorrect I am now concerned about this booking.

Brandon was calm & supportive. He was helpful since I'd just spent a lot of time trying to change Hamptons mistake in my reservation. I will not be booking with Hampton in a while because of its lack of service. We've been staying at Hamptons for years so very disappointed.

Efficient, knew how to use the computer to look deeper into what was available at nearby locations, as they were sold out, transaction done seamlessly, and he was personable! Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
