Got ripped off thought I was speaking with the golden nugget directly took my money even though I canceled the reservation 30 minutes after making it was not explained that will lose my money that's robbery
Cesar was easy to understand and helped very professionally. All my requests were taken care of, and I expect to have a great visit with best Western.
I made a same day reservation by calling your reservation hotline, believing I would be given a fair price. I was charged 428 USD by you for a one night stay at the DoubleTree Hilton at JFK Airport (12/14-12/15). Meanwhile I know that the hotel charged you 248.76 USD to your credit card ending in 7988. That is nearly 200 USD "surcharge"! I hope the payment you called up happened by mistake and you can correct the error by crediting at least some of the huge price difference back to my credit card. I specifically asked numerous times to confirm there was a shuttle available to Asheville Airport for the morning. You said yes! After you booked my room, you then said there was no shuttle! I would not have booked the room. I needed an airport shuttle. Now you refuse to refund my unused room cost! This is unacceptable! I'd like to see this refund credited to my card.

I was trying to reserve a room at the Coral Springs, FL on line and it sent me to a phone number to call. The person who assisted me was very patient because I was having trouble with my credit card and we were unable to complete my booking. I was making the reservation for family coming in and was able to go to the hotel and make the reservation. Your details regarding refundable cancellation are a little confusing and should be explained up front that you have to pay a premium fee for a full refund.

Was very good dealing with the agent. The only thing was that they agent should have advised that the booking from Canada was in USD and if there was an option to book in Canadian dollars. He was very helpful and pleasant and spoke English very well.

I thought I was calling the hotel directly. They answered the phone using the name of the hotel. Said I was getting a conference rate. Did not tell me the room was prepaid and immediately charged my card. I called back right away to cancel and was told the cancellation rate is equivalent to 1 nights stay. I said hell no. You misrepresented yourself and I will be getting a full refund!

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
