So I googled super8 Abbotsford before we left home and called the number provided talk to some lady booked the hotel told her we had 2dogs and wanted the outdoor suites. So upon getting to super8 to get our rooms the lady on the phone was from Expedia and didn't even say I had 2dogs and wanted the outdoor suite as it's easier with the dogs I dont recommend calling them call the hotel directly as they lie to you and say they are the hotel but the aren't. Not mad at super8 at all the were super nice and accommodating

Very nice guy. Took care of everything without issue. We were trying to get home after our town was evacuated due to a fire. But the road was closed. So Dodge City is closest to home really appreciated Russell helping us. I was kind of flustered.

In making this reservation, I explained that it was due to a weather related incident that my son could not get home. I was quoted a resort fee, which then the agent said she would remove when my son got into Circus Circus ended up getting charged well. Over what was quoted we spent an extra $144 that was not quoted. I am very disappointed and very unhappy

If it wasn't for Diego, taking my call, I wouldn't have found a comfortable room to stay in. I travel every weekend and this is my first time in Brownsville. It was the easiest Booking I've done by phone call 👍🏼

He lied to me from the beginning. Claimed to "overflow service" for Hyatt when I questioned whether I was speaking with Hyatt. Did not tell me the reservation was non refundable until after he got my credit card information then said it was too late. STAY AWAY FROM RESERVATIONS.COM!

Booked the wrong hotel. Then charged my card for full payment.
Booked a Marriott Hotel in Palm Beach Florida when I wanted Wild Horse Pass Marriott in Arizona. Confirmation is totally wrong. I called the Marriott in AZ and they said they had no such confirmation number. BRUTAL. Refund my money immediately so I can book the correct hotel myself.

You asked the dates and I answered, then you asked how many people and I answered and you said " we are all booked up" and hung up. RUDE! You could have said that when I told you the dates I needed!

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
