I had Thomas to book, right off the bat he was pushy couldn't understand many things he said from his poor headset I even mentioned that but he did nothing to fix it.
I explicitly asked for a certain type room. After contacting the hotel I found out he booked me in a standard room! Im very pissed off about this i asked for a balcony several times and he agreed. The pictures for the room he booked me in on your link was the most expensive suite. Complete BS.The deception he used is pathetic! Im filing a complaint in multiple places including the hotel for this scam of a reservation service.

I phoned the Reservations center today because my internet was spotty, and I spoke with Kimberly. Through her work and her persistence, I ended up with a great reservation in Sedona that was exactly what we wanted, plus a view of the Red Rocks from our room. Kimberly was able to apply my AAA membership for a discount and got us a great deal. Thank you!

I talked to Joe about reservations! I ended up making reservations at the wrong Springhill suites. I even asked him if my sisters were staying at the one we were making. And he said yes. But yet they are at the Springhill suites in Keystone! And they will not let me cancel the reservations! Very upset and very disappointed.

The amount that wanted was okay since it was convenient to have a cab bring me over to the Inn, and all I had to do is tell him my name and he gave me the key, so everything was set up when I got there. Thank you.

Although not his fault it is a damn shame your reservations personal are not giving the same price that is on your website. Not 3rd party one either. I canceled and booked my own room and saved 50.00. It is unacceptable standard of practice

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
