I was very disappointed. I was verbally confirmed on a room for $281. Then merackously it was gone. I was forced to get a room for $303.
Not happy with the bump up after verbal confirmation.

First of all she is acting like she is a robot repeating things making the process more prolonged than it has to be which in turn started to frustrate me not to mention with her trying to be so perfect she screwed up my whole reservation first the card u give is just to hold the reservation she charged the card second she asked me for my guests name i gave it to her and she put her down as the person renting the room now im here at the hotel cant check in until my guest gets here because its under her name and the agent clearly asked whats my guests name thats a special kind of stupid sorry for my remarks but thats how feel i never had an experience like this!

I was unable to make a reservation on line so I called the reservation number and Sergio was able to book a 4 night stay for me for this weekend in a nearly sold out hotel.
He was extremely polite and very helpful. He explained what he was doing every step of the way.

I was grossly over charged. I was told there was only one room in town left. I was told I couldn't get a single room. There are a lot of open rooms. All kinds. Not happy about not allowed a refund either. Where on line it says free cancellations. Not happy one bit with this service & it is my last time ever using your service again as well as tell all my co workers, friends and family about this terrible experience. I would have given no stars but I guess that's not an option either. You should be ashamed for the continuous lies & deceit

After arriving, apparently my special requests weren't noted. I needed a handicapped room on the first floor. One employee blamed another. Didn't realize bathroom was not handicapped accessible until late night. Finally had to move all my belongings to another room after waiting to have that room cleaned. Not fun for disabled people.

This was my third call to reserve a Marriott room in Springfield MO. The first live agent disconnected us. The second call got me an automated assistant who could not get my mailing address correct after 15 minutes on the phone. The third call was a refreshing improvement. Alina did a great job, thorough and reassuring.

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.

Answer: Yes, you were billed. Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. Your company should remove it, send you a new card and assign you a new card number.
