Very pleasant "Live Agent", Jorge Andres, from Texas. Previous was with a AI that couldn't understand anything, and kept saying she couldn't understand my credit card number. THIS Ai phone number was on the website we looked up for Hampton Inn, so one would tend to feel it was legit. BEWARE! As it went through and now I'll have to fight it! Back to Mr. Andres, he was kind, patient and informative. Very personable and showed he cared!
I am hard of hearing and was grateful to have Hugo help me with my reservation. I am not experienced with the ways that are now required to complete a reservation. Hugo's patients was a joy.

I was misled to think I was making a reservation for the Hilton Tucson and instead was made for the Best Western.
Know I have to wait for a refund and that is if it is accepted. I even confirmed with the agent and he did not answer.

My original choice for a hotel was fully booked, and the agent was able to direct me to another hotel in the immediate vicinity for the date I needed. He was very efficient and helpful.

I spoke to Abby. I booked for 5 nights. We are 2 woman who are Leaders of this convention. With tax we paid $443.00 per night. We want the convention rate. Please help me with this situation. If the leaders can't get the convention price who else are you over charging?

This is about my fifth stay at Choice Motel at Sabino Canyon & Tanque Verde. It is always a pleaure to be greeted by the motel desk staff and welcomed back. Diego Alberto has always assisted me with reservations and checkin. He makes sure I have a room on the first floor near the parking lot because I have a disability as well as two small dogs. Because he is so helpful, it is one of the main reasons why I choose to return here when I am in Tucson.

Booked by phoning what I thought was the front desk for LaQuintas hotel in butte Montana
Upon checking I was informed that I actually booked thru a third party
Was told the hotel had only one room left which was not the case upon arrival at said location. Front desk could do nothing to help me
Not the experience I was hoping for. However the person I spoke with was very pleasant

Melisa told me there were three rooms available, booked two, (raising the quoted price in the process) and then informed me that suddenly the third room was not available. I told her that was unacceptable and to cancel the booking. She did not. I will not be using reservations.com again.

It was a late start n knew I wouldn't make it all the way to PA that night. She was able to get us accommodations. Which helped us in so many ways. Thank you for that. Beats the experience we got when we came to Prince Albert. I'd come back to you guys forshre if needed.

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
