Pulled in the place, looked abandoned. There was 2 other cars in the parking lot. I asked a woman if she had stayed there. She said she's leaving because her room was filled with roaches, went in where my husband was checking in, and they were telling him he had to leave a $100 cash deposit and told them we are not staying cancel the room. Went to a different hotel have already called american express to dispute this charge
When I called to make my reservation I specifically asked if this was the number for the Nugget in Sparks, Nv., but was not given an actual answer. When I was told the amount of the stay I had to ask 3 times for a specific breakdown of the costs, room, taxes etc. Although pleasant, I felt he was evasive.

I called the first time to book reservations for a dart tournament the representative that I got was a male but didn't catch his name, he informed me that I needed to be transferred to group services which was not the case, he just didn't take time to listen so I hung up and called back and got the representative Ben and I explained to him in detail, he listened and it took less than 5 min to get my reservations in order. Great job Ben!

The agent did not inform us that the rates she provided for our booking in Canada were not in CAD. When my credit card was charged $320 and I questioned the discrepancy, the only response offered was an apology. This misinformation resulted in an additional cost of $100. As the booking was for the same day and I was traveling with my child and an infant, I had no practical choice but to proceed with the stay; otherwise, I would have made alternative arrangements.

I was quoted the wrong room after I specifically asked was it the jacuzzi room and was told yes…I arrived to check in and it was not the room I requested and told non refundable…He misrepresented himself as the hotel desk and not a third party

The person with whom I spoke was unbelievably patient and helpful. I was at a crowded airport gate, and it was so loud that I had a great deal of difficulty hearing. The agent who helped me on the phone was so kind and thorough. They did not rush me even though I needed them to repeat time and again. They made sure that I had all the correct information.

Brian was very helpful and explained about policy and protection about canceling the reservations it is full refundable 24 hours before check-in date.
I call today to cancel my reservation and it's none refundable. Please let me know.

Rowena answered my call for two room reservations on New Year eve. She did an excellent job, very careful and helpful.

Everything went smoothly, rep was courteous and professional. However, although my name was spelled out letter by letter more than once, it was still incorrect when I received my email confirmation. I now have to get that corrected before my arrival in order to avoid problems.

Can you say HORRIBLE? This room was so bad we didn't stay 5 minutes. Dark, dank, smelled of a combination of cigarette smoke, body odor and mildew. Giant rips in the carpet which were covered with food scraps and trash from God knows where. No lamp shades at all. We were afraid to pull back the covers and look at the bedding. And, get this -- NO REFUND! How's that for service from a name we thought you could trust - WYNDHAM?

While we got a reservation- we were told by Cyro that there were no double beds available for the cheaper price, and we had to prepay. Once we got to the hotel- the entire hotel was empty except for 2 other cars. The reception desk was not phased that we were lied to. We will never stay at a Best Western again.

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
