It was terrible. We have gone too far towards automation. The call was extended because it kept pausing after I gave my info. Several times I had to ask are you still there. I stopped asking questions to get the call over with. I asked to get transferred to a customer service agent to give my complaint then I got transferred to another robot and when I didn't answer their questions properly they hung up on me for the amount of money. I'm paying for one night stay it was awful the way my customer experience went. I'm so disappointed. This is not what I expect from the Hilton chain.
The agent was very knowledgeable although I would prefer speaking to a live agent rather than have agent and robot or your AI should I say but overall, it was a very good experience very knowledgeable

I called and explained it my situation tto Fara Mae and she reserved a handicapped room for me very quickly. I was debating about where to astray, but because of Fara May when I return next week, it will be to Best Western.

I had to call my husband for a card number and he patiently waited for my who husband who was driving to pull over and give me the correct card number. I'd say he went above and beyond.

Jimwell told me that the room price would be the same whether I booked through reservations.com, or at the front desk of the hotel. That there were only two rooms available, and I better book it quickly or the room would be booked by somebody else. I took his word for it.
However, when I got to the hotel, they quoted a price of $50 less per night than what he told me. And there were many rooms available.
At the desk, my room would have been $101 (with taxes, etc.), while this "3rd party" charged me $151.
I will not make reservations through this company again.

Making a reservation with Vivian was very easy. This will be our first time staying at a Sheraton. We have been Hilton Honors guests for over 20 years, but we don't support anyone or any organization that supports ICE!

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
