Make a terrible mistake by booking me in the wrong address hotel, even if I repeat him twice the correct address where I want to be, and he still made the mistake, now it's turning to be a headache for me because I have to wait. I don't know for how long to see if they can transfer my booking to the right address hotel. I'm totally disappointed with the service of this man.

I didn't feel rushed making my reservations and got exactly the accommodations that I needed for my stay. Sometimes you need that direct connection on the phone and you want things to go right and not feel rushed or that you missed something. My agent brought up a few things that I hadn't thought of so that was a plus.

He was very pleasant, proficient, and wanted to do everything correctly! I have stayed at this hotel before and Juan Carlos and the others do and have done an exceptional job with excellent service! Their breakfast was awesome every time I stayed there!

I called to make a large reservation only to find the hotel was full for that weekend. Benjamin offered to help me find another hotel and proceeded to check at partner hotels. He found an appropriate reservation and set it up for me. I was very pleased with his help. I had been searching myself with no success.

Requested a government rate, was told there wasn't one and I was receiving lowest price. Friends booked at the same time for the same day and paid $88 less.
Asked to pay at the property with a different payment method but my credit card has been charged and reservation is 'pre-paid'
Cancellation policy was January 12th, and I booked on January 14th?
Extremely dissatisfied with service. Called in and received 15% refund, but still overpaying for room by $40.

I spoke got a room reserved then hung up on me no chance to pay for room i called back reserved a room giving my credit card info then at the end says no rooms avaliable

I called the number online for Days Inn in Uvalde Tx. Spoke with a Carlos. He talked me into my reservation saying there was a convention in town wich there was not, and the prices went up. He also said that since I was in town that I could check in at 1:00pm instead of 3:00pm. So I went ahead and and booked the reservation. When I got two days in at 1 PM, I walked in and the manager told me that I could not check in at one. The check-in is at 3 PM. So I wasn't told the truth on that. The second thing is through you guys was charged $316. When I got two days in, they said it was should've been $214. So I'm curious as to first off why the extra charge because I feel like I just got scammed $100 and I would like that return to the card on file. Second off why would I told I could check in at one when that was not true? I look forward to a quick response and a sufficient way to settle this issue. Thank you
That is what I left the company and have had no return phone call. The rooms were nice, but I did get scammed $100 if you go through the service. If they somehow make it right, I will come back to this and edit this review.

I was slapped a 189.00 dollars reservation protection which I did not ask. Agent did not explain to me that this would come with fees nor did he ask me whether I wanted it?

Sotillo was friendly and professional. I appreciated her asking valuable questions to ensure the room and dates were exactly what I needed. She explained the rates fully and charges to my reservation. Only thing I would recommend is if she speak a little bit slower. Other than that, she was great.

Didn't explain to me the total comes out today, when I made the reservation. No cancelation he explained, but other family coming that same time have it up to 24 hours prior. Service was good, but unsatisfied of the things not explained. Why the refund protection needed?

If this is the future, let me off the ride. It's PATHETIC you all would rather place a greater inconvenience on your guests just so you don't have to provide gainful employment to entry level workers. I will NEVER use ANY service that chooses to put humans out of work in place of the trashiest Ai program I've ever seen/heard. Just pathetic

It was terrible. We have gone too far towards automation. The call was extended because it kept pausing after I gave my info. Several times I had to ask are you still there. I stopped asking questions to get the call over with. I asked to get transferred to a customer service agent to give my complaint then I got transferred to another robot and when I didn't answer their questions properly they hung up on me for the amount of money. I'm paying for one night stay it was awful the way my customer experience went. I'm so disappointed. This is not what I expect from the Hilton chain.

I called and explained it my situation tto Fara Mae and she reserved a handicapped room for me very quickly. I was debating about where to astray, but because of Fara May when I return next week, it will be to Best Western.

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
