They have got the best booking deals. I have used their service twice so far but I am pretty sure that I will be needing them for every trip from now onwards. Thoroughly impressed by quick service, variety of hotel options and their super accomodatimg and understanding customer care staff.
I highly recommend this company. We are a group of 5 individuals who meet most often. Reservation.com are the best when it comes to booking a hotel. They always book for us as per our agreement.
I booked a hotel with reservations.com, it was an easy and smooth process with nice price ranges. I definitely would continue patronizing their services. Thank you!
I used this website to book my room at the hotel. That was great booking experience. They got me discount on my room price. It was really lovely gesture. Thank you.

Stayed there for the weekend to visit our daughter at Young Harris College for family weekend. It was a short drive to the college -about 10 minutes away. The place was clean, friendly staff. We would definitely stay there again in the future.
I was really impressed by the atention i received. I recommend it, really enjoy the stay, Im surprise for the service i got btw its my first time reserving something online and they were very responsable!
Checked in on October 26th in the afternoon and everything was fine. On October 27th left to visit friends for the day - did not leave "do not disturb" on the door. Returned at about 7pm. Opened the door and it had not been cleaned. We reported it to the reception desk clerk. He offered to change us to a new room - we decided to stay there and he got us fresh towels, soap and coffee. The next morning at about 8am I went to the Breakfast Room for coffee - as I entered there was a dirty guy with tatoos, shorts and a backpack filling two plates with food (about a foot high). So he had touched everything, was not clean - I got two cups for coffee and put a napkin on the coffee machine so as to not touch anything - was afraid to eat anything. We checked out at 9am and I told the reception desk girl about the room not being clean and about the homeless guy in the Breakfast room - She said I think I know who it is? This is scary - the night reception clerk said I may get a refund - the day girl said she had no authority. My wife and I had stayed once before and everything was fine. We will look for a different place next time.
First time I stay at this hotel contacted the hotel direct great service and room rate. Was on the road for the return trip made the mistake of accidentally contacting Reservation.com was told only one room left at the rate of $109. Because my room was handled third party I could not get my usual discounted rate.On top of that I was charged $15.00 dollars for service charge. And hotel was almost empty as this was a Monday.Don't use this company.
I read the reviews of others today and i could not disagree more... my room was beautiful. Room 1023 if you want a great view. Hotel restaurant was good. Customer Service was good. Can't beat the location. I stayed to go to a Steelers game and would stay there again given the chance. It is within walking distance to everything you need.
From the outside, my husband and I were worried. It is close to the freeway. Upon entering, everything had been updated. They have a happy hour and the hot breakfast was really really good. For the price, you can't beat it!
I was in Little Rock for medical testing at UAMS. This was my first stay at Guest Inn and Suites. I could not have been more pleased. The suite was clean. The lobby area is warm and cozy and a lovely place to sit and relax. My primary reason for staying here was the free transportation to and from UAMS. With only one small glitch, the transport was excellent, timely, safe, and pleasant. I come to Little Rock several times per year and this will be my future choice. The location is perfect, with restaurants within one block, a L. A. Fitness and Target and shops within walking distance. Loved it.
Service from staff was not great. The hair dryer affixed to the wall started to burn up. Called the front desk, and they said it was usual that this would happen, but try again. I tried to get our bill from the front desk and they said that they could not do this. What? Also, in the morning of our last stay the smell of sewer was overwhelming. By and large I would not recommend this hotel. PS the breakfast buffet however, was EXCELLENT
The Pullman Hotel is being renovated and will become a Doubletree. What I like about Doubletree is the warm cookie I get upon check in.
My room for the weekend was at the end of the hallway on an upper floor. I had a rather good view, about three blocks from the Ohio River. Looking to my left I could see a mall where I chose to eat dinner and do some sightseeing, despite the rain.
The floor in the hallway had remodeling debris, but that can be expected.
I loved the light fixtures I could have gotten them in my luggage, but I would have had to do some rewiring when I got home. Hey, I'm not an electrician, I'm a journalist. I left them for others to enjoy.
The telephone was not hooked up and there was no notebook telling me about the complimentary breakfast and other amenities. But on the plus side the valets were super friendly and helpful. One even went back to my car to retrieve my train ticket for the next day.
I did not ask for a front desk number to call the van to pick me up after the train ride. I was on the verge was walking back to the hotel in the rain when one of the bus drivers said he would alter his route to drop me off at the Pullman.
The room itself was nice. Once you get through with the remodeling, the hotel should be really great. I mentioned to friends when I got home that I stayed at the Pullman, and some said they had stayed there.
I have stayed at his hotel approximately 5 times before. If they give you a 'Garden Suite' expect a hostel type experience at the full rate. My other stays were 5/5. I made it clear when leaving in the morning that I did not get the value expected and I was assured that when I return I would be compensated somehow. I have no intentions of staying again as I have no interest in the uncertainty of a what type of experience to expect. Dirty, rusty, noisy, old damaged furniture, smelly, just plain gross.
From searching to booking to checking out, Reservations.com is really easy to use. I like that they offer a lot of hotels for you to choose from and usually these hotels are offered at discounted prices so it's really a good deal.
Called two evenings ago to reserve a hotel room. Got a bad feeling the guy was lying, so called the hotels directly and found he WAS lying - about the rates, about the availability, about everything.
So I called back last night and listened as a different ESL took me through the SAME lies - and when I called him on the lies about the rates, about the 'this is the last room' availability, and about the fact I could "NOT call the hotel direct" - this one ALSO hung up on me.
My wife and I thank Reservations.com for helping us find a great hotel for our honeymoon in Maui! I planned this as a surprise for my wife and I'm glad the hotel I chose is one that she likes! I mean, oceanfront hotel at a great deal! Thanks!
Wyndham hotels are priced reasonably enough I know but I wanted to see if I could save a few more by going through Reservations.com. True enough, I did! I stayed at the Wyndham Riverwalk and enjoyed my vacation in San Antonio.
