Reserved 2 rooms, was charged for 2 rooms. When I got to the hotel one room was approved. Spent hours on the phone to rectify and was hung up on so I had to pay for another room. It will take a month to get my money back!
There really isn't anything bad I can say about Reservations.com. It was easy for me to use. It's got great hotel deals. You get customer service 24/7. I've used this site a number of times and I've always found myself staying in a good hotel.

I hate checking in to a hotel after arriving in a city only to find out it's fully booked. I've tried that before and never again! I'm really glad that sites like Reservations.com is now available. You get to book your hotel ahead so check-in is a lot smoother and quicker!
Tried Reservations.com for the first time during our vacation in Austin, and I was pretty pleased with the experience. I can't really say if it's a lot better than other booking sites I've tried but at least this one is just as good. I've recommended it to my co-workers and friends already.
I like the service that Reservations.com offers. It's pretty convenient to choose the hotel you want out of a curated list of sorts. It definitely saved me a lot of time AND money thanks also to the deals they offer.
I loved the room. Very nice and spacious. Loved the bench seating in my room with the light that lit up underneath. Perfect night light. I will definitely stay st this hotel again. The staff was friendly too!
Lots of great things to do within walking distance. CVS and Walgreens are only a few blocks away if you need anything and plenty of great places to eat.
Have & will stay here again. Room was clean & comfortable. Except for the bathtub/shower, didn't drain normally, we do not like standing in soapy water.
The website for the Le Meridien Hotel with Reservations.com looked just like the website for the Le Meridien Hotel. I accidentally booked it on Reservations.com and realized my error immediately. When I tried to cancel it, the reservations.com people said it was nonrefundable and that I should have seen it. But I just didn't. Cost me $200 more than booking with the hotel.
I made a reservation at the Hampton Inn, Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville but when I arrived they did not have the reservation. I'm not sure why but I had to re-register and pay at the site.
The hotel was nice but I thought I was booking directly with the hotel. It turns out I did not... I booked with Reservations.com. When I checked out the hotel gave me a bill that charged $188 to my credit card. Reservations.com charged me $270. Fine, I can understand the $15 booking fee (a fee for my mistake) but where did the other $67 go? Humm...
Out of all the booking sites out there, I tried Reservations.com after several of my friends swore by it. True to what they said Reservations.com didn't disappoint. Glad I booked my hotel here during a short vacay we had at Miami!
We tried booking directly from the hotel website and then compared with Reservations.com. We saved a whole lot more with the site, so we decided to book our hotel online instead. Now, we always recommend Reservations.com to our friends.

The Quality Inn in TIFTON, GA is dissanitary. I was extremely tired and should not. Stay in ALBANY. Because of the a bad storm. I drove an hour out of my way because I needed to sleep after Seven hour drive. I was so tired that I laid down immediateky., eheI awoke, I WENT to the bathroom and noticed mold inside the toilets as if they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I let thrm. Know and they said they would " tEll" the manager in the morning. When I checked out in the morning, I stumbled and twisted my ankle. I looked down and noticed the stair plate was broken off, before I could tell the front office the gentleman behind me also stumbled. The hotel is falling apart but the cost is higher then some really nice hotels.
Myrtle Beach is a few hours' drive from where I live and when I finally decided on the time and day to go stay there for a vacation I turned to Reservations.com to help me choose a hotel. My budget wasn't really high but I got a good deal on a hotel. It was a comfortable vacation.
Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.

Answer: Yes, you were billed. Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. Your company should remove it, send you a new card and assign you a new card number.
