I had a great conversation with Christian in making my reservation for 3 night he made it clear and easy pointing out costs and room choices he has a friendly and professional communication and conversing about football was awsome hoping he is working on Friday Feb 6th and Monday Feb 9th to meet him in person😊

I had such a positive experience with Ayra who helped me book my mother a room at Hampton Inn Chelsea. She was super friendly and very patient (a little stressed because I wasn't able to drive to get her from Logan because of snow).

Called while on the road to hopefully book a room just for the night. Wasn't sure if I could have a dog. Everything went smoothly reserving a room for myself and my car sick dog, considering the connection wasn't great while traveling. The booking agent was very polite, patient, and helpful.

I contacted the Hamptom Inn reservation no. For Austin, TX and I was greeted quickly. I went the reservation process with associate but at the end I was told my reservation was not refundable. I canceled the reservation because there some uncertainty in the purpose of my travel

Juan Heriberto. Make a terrible mistake by booking me in the wrong address hotel, even if I repeat him twice the correct address where I want to be, and he still made the mistake, now it's turning to be a headache for me because I have to wait. I don't know for how long to see if they can transfer my booking to the right address hotel. I'm totally disappointed with the service of this man.

I didn't feel rushed making my reservations and got exactly the accommodations that I needed for my stay. Sometimes you need that direct connection on the phone and you want things to go right and not feel rushed or that you missed something. My agent brought up a few things that I hadn't thought of so that was a plus.

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
