Frustrated by the fact that I could not execute a reservation using the computer, I called the reservation number directly. The attendant was understanding, quite efficient, and helpful. I got my reservation.

John was very helpful! He answered all my questions and was very patient. He added extra details on our reservation for me. I walk with crutches & use a wheelchair for mobility. I asked for an accessible room where the shower is a walk shower or the base of the shower is no higher than six inches. I also requested to be on the ground floor if possible.

I was making a reservation for myself and my granddaughter for the evening of May 24 following a K-Pop concert. Do I really want to go to a K-pop concert with a bunch of young teenyboppers and I am in my 60s? No. But I will do just about anything for my granddaughter. I have been to your hotel many times, but I have never actually spent the night and I am going to do that on this trip. Jolene, when we were done booking the room, told me to have a great time with my granddaughter at the concert. She was real, she was genuine, and I enjoyed talking with her.

It was awful I am really distressed. I was quoted)208 then jumped to £303 with taxes. I asked to cancel and was put through to a chat box who didn't do anything. I have now sent two emails to cancel

It was very easy to book a room for a keynote presenter for a conference in April! Ed was very professional and asked all relevant clarifying questions. Very pleasant booking experience! The name ended up being spelled wrong on the booking confirmation, but that was probably as much my fault as anyone else's.

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
