I was told they can't overnight deliver because they all work remotely. This was just the wrong answer. I will think twice before using rratruck in the future

I ordered amp research power step for my truck and some parts arrived that don't fit apparently are of different models. I had to pay the workshop to remove the old ones and they couldn't install the new ones. I'm still waiting for the answer to see how we were going to solve the problem since they weren't cheap at all.
Puchasing my tonneau cover was very simple, quick and painless. After purchasing a tonneau cover from another company for my 23 Lightning that was supposed to fit I was sent a different model that would not fit my truck because the one I ordered they no longer made even though I was able to order it. After searching I found REALTRUCK, called and spoke to a salesperson to verify that what I wanted would fit and the rest was a piece of cake!
