Easy to get what I was looking for, other jeep I have got plastic locking hood latches, but with my new one I was looking for a more sturdy version. These were them!
I received a damage part that would have been very simple to send a replacement. Real truck said on a phone call that they would get a replacement right out. I gave them everything they requested. They then followed up and said that the manufacture is who "I" would have to deal with. The manufacture doesn't know why RT don't correct it with them directly. I've been through 4 - 30 minute calls on hold, emailed 3 times with pictures and still nothing. They want the pictures from the original instructions with my part circled and pictures of the damaged box. None of this is possible since it was thrown a way weeks ago since RT stood behind it.
I like the way it looks and how easy it is to open and close. It does a good job of securing cargo. It was easy to install. The video of the installation was great and very helpful.

I ordered the wrong size bed cover originally, but one call to RealTruck brought the correct bed cover to me. All the agent said was we are going to make sure we get you the correct product. He acted as if he was at fault instead of my error. At any rate, the second one came as fast as the first one and it fit exactly as promised. I can't say enough about the professional and courteous service I received. Excellent experience overall.

The seat covers where not the right ones and one back part was missing. Returned and reorder the part. It came in wrong again, but no parts missing. We opted not to mess with it again!
