Ordering with online sales went great. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a Truxedo tonneau cover and nerf bars for my 2018 Silverado 1500. Shipping was a couple of days and the items came nicely packaged and in excellent shape. The Truxedo cover was an easy install and looks and works great. I haven't installed the bars yet but will get to them this week. I look forward to buying some new upgrades from RealTruck soon. Maybe an air intake?

The website eluded towards being in stock to ship right away. When comparing with Husky's website that had a 3-4 week lead time I opted to use RealTruck. The order status says awaiting fulfillment a few days later, hopefully they make it by Christmas.

We ordered the cargo matt and 3 row matt for the seat when we lay them flat. It keeps our items right where they need to be with no sliding around.
The cover was very easy to put on. It took about a hr and a half. It really looks great on my Denali. I love it. Just for a little bit of water in the bed. It is a nice addition to the looks of my truck.

Ordered an undercover bed cover, ship date was pushed back each week yet the web site showed a better ship date than I had weeks after ordering. Finally had to cancel. Refund was quick and easy so 5 stars on that part.
Still have not received second row mats. Been a few weeks. Front row "Exact Fit" mats are great, rear cargo mat is Husky but not the "Exact Fit" model and very slippery and moves around. Maybe will settle in in time. Still need seat and dash covers, trying to decide.

Unfortunately, for me bad timing for mistakes at Real Truck. Week before Thanksgiving I called to order a soft cover truck bed and explained to the sales rep, it had to be at my home before I traveled Tuesday or didn't need it at the time. Said it would be at my home in plenty of time. Tuesday morning came still no package. The package literally came in as I was packing Tuesday night. Hooray! WRONG. I stopped packing and started installing the bed so we can get on the road. The sales rep sent me the wrong bed cover. Ended up having to "McGuiver" my storage for traveling. And it took another week and a half to straighten everything out which really doesn't matter at this point but it's been resolved. DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.

Order tonneau truck bed cover about a month ago. Every few days get email stating cover is delayed. My latest updated email has cover now delivered jan 1-jan 7. Like almost 2 months late.
