Made a purchase in November. Item was to be for a Christmas gift and just a gift for daughter for new vehicle. I had delivery date changed and extended five times leading all the way into January. Finally on December 20. I was given four emails stating item cannot be sent. Also told item is now being canceled and then a refund being made why it took so long to tell me that this item was no longer going to be available to be received on my end it just a short time before Christmas is a very horrible experience. You can look into my past record with real truck and you can see that I have made many many many purchases for numerous vehicles everything from all the jeep grand Cherokee's we've purchased and all the ram trucks that I have purchased I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars with real truck and how the outcome of this came out in my opinion is very unacceptable. I was also told during numerous phone calls from customer service that on the last one I would receive a phone call and never even received that I am still always open for a phone call from customer service if they'd ever like to call me and explain and especially why it took so long to tell me that the order is canceled. I spent a good 8 months trying to find a bed rack that would work with my BAK Industries Revolver X4S Roll-Up Tonneau Cover made by Realtruck. I was very excited to discover the Realtruck Go Rack which specifically states in its description and shown in the pictures, that it can be installed into a trucks stake pockets and used with a tonneau cover. I even spent significant time speaking with an associate through Realtrucks "Chat Now" tool to ensure it would work as described, on my vehicle! I was assured it would. I gladly purchased the GoRack. Once it arrived, I found that there was no mounting hardware or instructions on how to mount the rack into my trucks stake pockets. I contacted customer service...They then told me, "Oh sorry. It will mount into a trucks stake pockets...just not "Your" trucks stake pockets...What the heck. I had the item, was told it would work, and now I can't mount it on my vehicle if I want to use my tonneau cover. So, customer service then says, "Well. You can always send it back and get another rack!" The only other rack that would work is the Putco Venture tech rack, which I really did not want and was $1500 more than the Go Rack I had purchased. I was pretty put off by the whole experience. I like the Go Rack, its quality and look, but now am having to have custom stake pocket mounts made to make it work. I just think "If I can do it, so could they". It is just annoying to be told the WRONG information and spend a lot of money due to this misinformation. Once my custom mounts are created, I will gladly sale these to others, or provide the information for them so others don't have to go through this ordeal.

Ordering with online sales went great. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a Truxedo tonneau cover and nerf bars for my 2018 Silverado 1500. Shipping was a couple of days and the items came nicely packaged and in excellent shape. The Truxedo cover was an easy install and looks and works great. I haven't installed the bars yet but will get to them this week. I look forward to buying some new upgrades from RealTruck soon. Maybe an air intake?
