Ordered with Maverick truck club discount, super easy. One thing to be aware of the kit has parts for jeep gladiator included so you'll have extra. I found it useful to measure the seals to figure out which was which. Between the printed instructions on real trucks videos it's pretty easy. Added it to a bakflip mx4 tonneau. One thing I didn't see is that you need a thicker seal on the cab side of the tonneau. Looks great and I like the added tie down spots.

I ordered a Husky-Liner floor mat set on Nov.30,2023 and paid in full using my VISA card. I was sent a confirmation email. I was sent a tentative shipping date. Later I was sent another e-mail with a another tentative shipping date, which was later than the previous email and delivery was dated after Christmas. This purchase was a Christmas gift. Today I received another email which asked how I liked my new mats……that I haven't received yet! I haven't even received a "shipped" notice indicating that they've shipped. Don't you people know what you're doing? I've read reviews on your own website regarding complaints of poor service, but sadly I chose to ignore them. If I don't receive this order by Christmas I will cancel my order and buy from your competitor ……and I think you know who that is!

When I ordered the floor mats for my '20 Hyundai Kona on 11/28 I was told they would arrive in about 4 weeks, when I called to see the status, at first they weren't sure what happened to it, then I finally got a email saying they're back ordered until 2/16/24, that doesn't help me for this winter, I cancelled my order, I hope I get a rapid refund,

Made a purchase in November. Item was to be for a Christmas gift and just a gift for daughter for new vehicle. I had delivery date changed and extended five times leading all the way into January. Finally on December 20. I was given four emails stating item cannot be sent. Also told item is now being canceled and then a refund being made why it took so long to tell me that this item was no longer going to be available to be received on my end it just a short time before Christmas is a very horrible experience. You can look into my past record with real truck and you can see that I have made many many many purchases for numerous vehicles everything from all the jeep grand Cherokee's we've purchased and all the ram trucks that I have purchased I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars with real truck and how the outcome of this came out in my opinion is very unacceptable. I was also told during numerous phone calls from customer service that on the last one I would receive a phone call and never even received that I am still always open for a phone call from customer service if they'd ever like to call me and explain and especially why it took so long to tell me that the order is canceled.
