I bought this for my daughter's truck for Christmas. It was installed yesterday and they absolutely love it! To soon to actually give a review on how it holds up in the weather since it hasn't snowed yet. They don't have a garage. But now at least they can put stuff in the back and not worry about anything getting wet or stolen!
Ordered my Ram Tonneau cover originally from RealTruck through my local dealer.
Two months later, no cover and no due date.
Dealer suggested I order through realtruck privately, I did so on the phone.
Answered all questions about my model truck. Somewhere in the conversation classic/new body style was asked. I assumed I had a classic, just a truck, nothing fancy about the body.
Anyway, the cover came a month later with some delivery drama. Cover is 2" too big.
RealTruck is making me arrange and pay return shipping charges. Three months and I'm starting over.
RealTruck should ask for VIN of body style/color etc. from the sticker….too much can go wrong with big consequences.
The sales people were very helpful. I bought the wrong thing and the sales people helped me to get the correct product. I am very satisfied.
The clamps weren't the same as shown on the instructions, which made it a little more time consuming to install & called for some good yankee ingenuity.

I had my Truxedo X15 Pro tonnneau cover for six years, and holes in the cover developed where the bar at the tailgate rubbed through the material from being rolled up and back at least weekly. They sold me a replacement cover, which was the exact item I was looking for, but it didn't have instructions on how to remove the old one and install the new one. I had to email twice to get someone to email the instructions that was told would be in the box when I placed the order. Neither the old cover or the replacement have any reinforcement where the bar hits it, but there is reinforcement a few inches away, so I guess I will need another replacement in five year.
Despite having the sales team guide me through the purchase the Brush guard did not fit and items needed to be removed and cut away to make it dit

Ordered wheels and tires on 11/27. I was told it would take 3 weeks since they were being mounted and balanced. I have received 3 emails saying it would be delayed. The last email said they would be here by December 22-27, and it is now Christmas and no word of them being shipped…have no idea what is going on. Was really hoping they would have been here by Christmas.

Ordered a cargo liner, was given a date in November and now it's been a month and I've never received the item or an update on the order. There's no easy way to check order status without calling. I don't think I'd buy from Real Truck again in the future.
