A bed cover was ordered and was told it would ship from a warehouse in Florida. The warehouse did not have it and no effort was made to reach out to me or try to find another warehouse that had the bed cover until I called a month later.

However the brackets that came with the steps did not fit. They did not fit the truck. However being a welder/fitter, I was able to fabricate my own. Other than this I was completely satisfied!
I purchased these amp running boards and I am very happy. I was looking at other sites but I never thought I'd find them here ( due to COVID) no company had them in stock, but real truck did. I chatted on line and the lady said they had a set in Missouri, 2 states away, I did not believe it. I am very happy with my purchase. Thanks real truck

I ordered step bars for my Colorado pick up. One came damaged with a dent due to shipping. They resolved my issue the same day i called and sent me out a complete new set within a few days. Will not hesitate to do business again with RealTruck.
Based upon instructions I had read, I was concerned that installing a tonneau cover on my new Honda would involve cutting parts of the bed. I explained this via chat. The rep asked where I had seen this. I forwarded a link. After the rep read the instructions I sent, she forwarded to me a link to a video that showed how to install two different brands that did not require any cutting. I was impressed by the interest this rep showed and her knowledge. We decided to buy the cover a few hours later.
