Ordered a Firestone air bag kit and was told it would be delivered on May 19 2021. Confirmation email said it wouldn't be delivered until first week in June which is unacceptable since I am traveling. Looked online listed programmer for my truck called the person I was talking to said yes it will work on my truck paid for programmer received 2 days latter hooked to my truck would not work called support at hypertech the tech said they have not made a programmer for Chrysler since 2012. Called realtruck the gal was very friendly said i would be contacted with return label still have not heard from them it has now been 4 days so as of now I'm out 400 bucks

Real Truck notified us that there would be an extended delay in our running boards due to the manufacturer.(which was true for all dealers). We changed our minds on type of running boards ordered, so we can't vouch for that. I recommend this company.
