OK service to place the order-- but had to return the nerf bar it did not fit our truck i have not receive a OK to send back it has been 5 days and not gotten any information from Real Truck. I also ordered seat cover so i will see how they are made when i get them 3 weeks for them to come.
So i do not think i will order any other items from Real Truck.
I've had this issue once before and I'm not very happy. I ordered at the beginning of the month and they keep sending me delays for my part to be delivered and never said anything to me when I ordered it. At this I don't it's being sent until the next month.
Real Truck located a receiver for my pickup that could not be found by other suppliers. Real truck found it and it was delivered within 5 days.

I received my replacement step pad in about 5 days. But nothing came with the pad. No instructions, no attachment clips... How am I supposed to install this new pad with old clips that are intended to not come out? And heaven forbid anyone west of the Mississippi has a question after their lunch time and needs to talk to someone.
Spoke to 3 different people and all had something different to sell and prices. Not a happy camper. I personally think the one that sold me the Ex Tang did not match first sales person which was Great To work with plus seems to know your products. The Last person brought me up to date was very knowledgeable.
Called to confirm availability, ordered over the phone right then. Received email 3 days later that it wasn't available!
I watched a video of a young man installing a bak flip on a truck, it took him about 20 min. So i ordered a bak flip for my truck. I'm certain that wasent his first install. I received my BAK flip yeaterday and immediately began my installation. I really didn't know what to expect since i am 83 + years old,. Even though it took me a hour and a half i found it very easy to build it really makes my 2020 ford f-150 look nice
