The order was shipped quickly - will give you credit for that, but no clue as to how a product can be shipped without the parts to install it. We will see how long it takes to send the full order. You were very quick to charge the full amount of the purchase for the running boards, but they are useless until i have the parts to install.
Was able to order truck cover easily but did have to call next day for tracking number and fed ex sent reports the cover was being delivered on the 19th at the end of the 19th message changed to end of the 20th. Did receive it at 11:09 on the 20th. But having tracking we seen the cover spent about 36-48 hours in Plains, Ohio. Should've never spent that much time there

Real Truck will not ship your product within 48 hours as they say they will. It has been 3 weeks since I ordered my hitch, and they now tell me it will ship the first of June. It originally was the middle of June after I inquired about it. After I told them this was not acceptable, they told me First of June. I'm not sure that this is even a company. They advertise one thing and do another. I'm moving and needed the hitch. It's too late now to order from some one else. I won't be buying anything from this place again and I'd advise you to find out from a human on a phone when you'll receive whatever you're looking for. Might want to try some place else.

Called Sunday to place an order on the backflip mx4 bedcover for my truck. I informed the sales associate that i needed it by Wednesday otherwise i may try to find it somewhere i could get it by then. She went on saying there was on in the warehouse in Arkansas that could get delivered to me by Wednesday and that she gave me her word it'd be here by Wednesday. Well Monday i get an email saying estimated delivery is June 14-17. Wow... it's Thursday and no bed cover... I'm pretty sure i was bamboozled just to get a sale. If your going to sell a product and you can't truly give your word that the product is going to be there on time. Be honest. Integrity goes a long way. Disappointed...

I have unsubscribed to receive these emails 3 times and continue to get them. When I went to purchase a product ones through the website and on the phone the CC was attempted 11 times which activated the fraud protection and now I have been dealing with that.
Had placed an order over a month ago, told tires were in stock and would be delivered in 5-7 days. A month later order was canceled because tires were out of stock. Received refund and then ordered a different set of tires. Told they were shipping that day. Now again tires are out of stock! Every time I call I get a different person with a different story.
I used the chat feature on the RealTruck website to confirm an item would fit on my truck correctly. The rep I chatted with was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to quickly process my order. The order arrived as promised and very well packaged to prevent damage. The parts fit as described.
Gentlemen was informative, new what he was talking to me about, not pushy and most of all answered all my questions with great patience. Was very respectful.
Purchased a Bed Topper for my truck. It came earlier than projected. Had a very good experience with sales during the process. Purchased another item which would not fit my vehicle and had no problem with the refund and return process. Highly recommend Real Truck if you need a custom truck topper.
