I placed an order for a bed cover it wasn't going to get here in time. Called customer service to see if their was a way to get it sooner but it wouldn't. They help me with what product they have on hand and sent it to me in a few days and canceling my previous order was easy and they were very helpful.
When I called to order this item I was told I'd be able to get it by may 27th. I didn't receive a tracking number and called. Got the tracking number and was told it won't be in for an additional 2 days. I really need this item for a trip I was taking and now I won't have it. I feel as though I was lied to in order get me to make the purchase. Seriously will not recommend this company to anyone.

A company that stands behind the products they sell. Only minor issues with the fit of the BAKFlip MX4 on my 2016 Ram 3500 4X4 Dually with a 8 foot bed. It covers the 3rd brake light and does not make contact with the cab. Customer service was a pleasure to work with to remedy the situation. Not sure I like the result, but it will work ok. I wish that it didn't cover the light but that's the way the cookie crumbles. I do love the cover and would buy it again. Very easy to install with a spray in bed liner.
I paid for a tonneau cover on May 20th ( money taken out ASAP) but got an email I will receive my order between June 14th and 17th. Really!

I called the order line to purchase side steps for a ram pickup.the salesman advised me the steps I was considering where not the best option for a snow climate. He gave me a better product at a close cost.the salesman was very nice and well spoken. I would definitely recommend to friends
