So in March 2021 I tried to order a tonneau cover for my truck that showed it was in stock and a week after ordering it I get an email stating it is delayed by 2-3 weeks, than when that date rolls around another email that it is delayed another 2 weeks so at this point I canceled the order and got a refund, now keep in mind none of these items showed out of stock. I decided to give them another chance so on 5/26/21 I decided to order a tonneau cover again that shows In-Stock and get an email on 5/28/21 stating my order is delayed by 2-3 weeks, seriously they are quick to charge you and take your money while failing to represent their true inventory online. Once you purchase an item and wait 2 to 3 days for an email to tell you your order is delayed than you have to call their customer service to get a refund so you can find it somewhere else and than have to wait so many days for the refund to be returned. I will not order another thing from them because in my opinion the way they do business is shady since they are misrepresenting what they InStock and than after it is purchased they send an email it is delayed by an extended length of time but they do not care they already got your money. I advise to avoid this company at all costs.
I ordered a 5th Wheel Reese hitch and was given a delivery date of 5/28-6/2 only to find out it wont ship until 6/2. I had canceled from another dealer cuz it was going to be here on the 6th. At least the other company was honest about their delivery date, I should have stayed with them SMH

Excellent buying experience, but I need to return the wheels because the online description didn't say they were gloss black. They were mounted and balanced so depending on how your company deals with the return or exchange will tell me how I feel about future purchases. The sales person was fantastic.

Overall experience turned out fine. I called 2 days aftrer I placed an order to cancel. They just can't cancel then, they have to create a ticket for everything and then you wait. I waited like 2 days and kept having to call them. Finally they said they cancelled and refunded my money. Lots of trouble for something that should have taken 2 min to do.
Told them I needed my bed cover really quick so I could get it on before vacation. The thing arrived in 3 days. Thanks, I love it!
