I ordered this cover and was concerned about it coming on time, needless to say it did. When I got it I had my son help me install it on my truck and believe it or not it is a perfect fit. I really like this cover and I think with the Velcro and it rolling up and hooking it makes it easy to handle and I think others would like it too!

The cover arrived in a box that was over two feet too tall for the contents and there was no packing material in the void space. At least there was not when the box arrived, as one end of the box was missing! The cover was shifted on its mount by about a foot. When I called customer support about the issue, the representative would not even note the issue. I hope there is more attention to detail on the manufacturing of this cover than there is given to the packing of the item.
The salesman I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable about the company's products. He was able to help me determine the right cover for my truck. I had a wonderful experience and definitely will do business in the future with this company and sales representative. Thank you Butch for making this process easy for me!

As all the other complaints here and on the BBB site, it appears you are ordering an in stock item when in fact they don't have the item. They take your money fast enough.
