I had a question about a price match and the chat person (Raul Torres) was very rude and unhelpful. He canceled the chat on me 2 or 3 times. When I started the chat again I somehow got stuck with him. So I'll just keep looking around or pay more, so this company doesn't get my business.

Great Customer Service! Answered all my questions about the product. Also fast shipping and the running bars was protected nicely to where there was no dents or scratches. But the shipping was very unsatisfying they were very late on the shipping date I was leaving town for the weekend and Cancel my trip because I didn't receive my tarp and I was worried about leaving all my fishing gear in the back of the bed without having it secured
I called in to ask some questions for a client, he not only went above and beyond to answer them he sent videos and everything! He also said I could use my resale license so I didn't get charged taxes. ON TOP OF ALL THAT he gave me 10% off so my company could make a few bucks. 100 out of 10 give the guy a promotion this is how you get people to reccomend your business.
