Customer Service rep was very through. Made a bunch of calls to vendors to try and get me working parts quickly.

So far so good somewhat disappointed order will take a month to fulfill

Order delay when 1 to 2 days shipping and was willing to pay extra. It's terrible to be promised something and service department knowingly it's not gonna deliver on time how do delivery goes from 1 to 2 days to 7 to 10 shipping FedEx. Very disappointing.

After trying to save a few bucks with a ebay seller (which turned into a disaster) proceeded on to Real Truck and all my problems were solved. Customer service representative Alex, professionalism, product knowledge and courtesy made this purchase the right and easy one. Purchased a tonneau cover. I knew exactly which style I wanted. The Real Truck Rep Brandon, was very helpful, providing needed info for measuring the box. Once purchase was complete, he offered follow-up support in the event I needed it during installation. Plus, shipping was very fast, arrived exactly when promised.

These people a are wonderful I order a bumper. Wasnt in stocks 55 min later on the phone we found one and they gave me a discount donto the issue thanks

The chat representative answered all my questions and got me a small discount. He could have been quicker on the responses it took about 20 minutes to make the purchase from start of chat due to waiting on his replies.

Ordered and expecting free quick shipping received email that is would ship out maybe 21 to 25 days later. Quite displeased to find this out and. I think Real Truck will be the last place I shop in the future is this arrives when they state they are shipping it.

I had a question about a price match and the chat person (Raul Torres) was very rude and unhelpful. He canceled the chat on me 2 or 3 times. When I started the chat again I somehow got stuck with him. So I'll just keep looking around or pay more, so this company doesn't get my business.
