Gave me a fair price through price match. Useless tracking link. In all fairness, with the supply chain problems this is probably the best they could do, but I am stuck at home awaiting a delivery of a large item that requires a signature and no idea when it will arrive.

Not so good. So, I ordered Nerf Bars, got the confirmation details, order #*******2302, and thought all was good. I then ordered a Tonneau cover: ACI-******* - Access Tonnosport Tonneau Cover. ORDER #: *******. This second order didn't go through because I didn't have sufficient funds in my account. I then ordered another Tonneau cover on 11/02/2021. ORDER #: *******. Now I find out the Nerf Bars are not coming and I now have 2 tonneau covers coming. I tried to call to fix the order but couldn't get through and didn't want to wait 90 minutes on the phone. Tried to do the online concern feature and that didn't work.

Salesman was great and went out of his way to help me and called back when he said he would. But I have a dually and I was sent ones for a rear single tire. It would not be so bad but these cost me $700.00 so you can see why I'm not impressed

I really like the top but I just got it installed today.
One problem is that the insulation tape which goes under the front bulk head lip is not thick enough for my 21 Colorado. It is too thin by about 1/4 to 3/8 so light shows through when the top is closed. This means I will have a massive leak when it rains.
Hope they will send me additional foam tape to correct the problem.

I was shopping for the Westin HDX side drop steps. So I started a chat. I chatted with a very nice gentleman named Michael Cawley. I asked him if he could price match because I had found them cheeper on another sight and after he confirmed the price I had told him he price matched them. So after a couple of days of emailing back and forth I placed my order. They shipped the next day. Now Fed -X on the other hand has been very slow in there delivery. It's been 4 days and my order is still in the state that they originated from. Real Truck has been very easy to deal with and I would definitely order from them again. Thank you Real Truck.
