PRODUCT ARRIVED IN A TIMELY MANNER. SALE PRICE ON THE INTERNET. ON THE 2015 YUKON, PASSENGER BOARD WAS A BIT TRICKY DUE TO THE REAR A/C LINES, AND HEATER LINES. LOOSENED BRACKETS ON A/C HEATER LINES TO ALLOW MOUNTING BRACKETS TO DROP BEHIND LINES. MOUNTING WAS NORMAL ONCE LINES WERE AWAY FROM ROCKER PANEL, DRIVER SIDE WAS MUCH SIMPLER. HAD T PAY ATTENTION TO LOWER MOUNT BOLTS, AS THEY WERE VERY CLODE TO RUBBING THE HEATER/ A/C LINES. LOOK VERY NICE, AND ARE VERY STURDY. OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD, JUST HAD TO PAY ATTENTION TO MOUNTING BRACKET CLEARANCES. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE

Didn't like the attitude of the customer support. I had technical questions regarding the installation of the MX4 cover and felt a lack of care and interest from the sales associate Jeremy Carter. He was rushing me to make a purchase, and made me feel my questions were not important as if I should have done my research when in fact I expected to get best product information by calling to speak with the product experts themselves. When making a $1000. 00 purchase I will need to better understand warranties/ returns policy/ etc which he did not offer to provide. Anyhow I'm confident with my purchase but just didn't like the lack of customer support and turned off and didn't appreciate it.

I had an issue with a different supplier and when I talk to the guys at real truck they were very helpful very understanding about the issue I was having with delivery from the other customer. The gentleman I dealt with Wayne was very understanding made things very simple and easy to complete my order. I will order again from real truck when needed
They tried to send the wrong size bed cover. Then wouldn't reimburse me the same time I found the mistake, that was with in a hour or so of ordering it.
