This was my 1st time ordering from your company & I'm pretty sure it'll be my LAST! I spent 20 min talking to a rep to make sure I got the correct tonneau cover & box. He was good. I received my product & it was only 1 box & I also saw that it said bak flip on the box. That would be the wrong cover. But I thought that maybe y'all were trying to reuse boxes. I open up the box & it's the bak flip, but no box. I immediately called to inform the rep about my issue. The rep said they're sending me the right cover & the box & that another rep would call me to give me a return label. I later got the confirmation, but it only shows the correct tonneau cover coming, but not the box. I sent a service ticket in to explain that I didn't see the box & the response gave me the tracking number to the cover, but NO BOX! The correct cover shows that it's arriving today. I called & spoke to a rep & informed him of the whole story. He said ok & then said he said "hold on let me transfer you to a rep to help you with the return label". I tried to tell him that he didn't help me with the real problem, but he transferred me any way. Then I tried to explain the whole situation to the next rep & she kept repeating that she shows I received an item that weighed 27 lbs & the only thing that weighs that much it a tonneau box. We went over & over it, but she kept repeating the same thing. I told her I only have the bak flip cover & NOTHING ELSE. She said that she'll send me the label & then somebody will contact me in 3-5 days. Then I said, "So I have to wait a week for somebody to contact me & then wait another week for my stuff to arrive?" She apologized & said yes. I've been dealing with this issue patiently for almost month. I can't belive how bad this service is & how each person just seems not to understand the simplest things. You know that I only received 1 item of a 2 item order & the 1 item I received was WRONG. So much so, that you'll send a return label for that item, but NOT send the other item that I also ordered. I've spent $1,200 & I don't feel like my time or money has been respected! If ANYBODY needs stuff from this company, I'm not sure they'll get it!
3/10/22 We are currently working with the customer to figure out what is going on. The customer states they did not receive the Bakbox, but the photo provided is for the Bakbox. Waiting to confirm what the contents of the box are. The customer's tonneau cover they ordered has not been delivered but is in transit and scheduled to be delivered on 3/10.
I ordered my bed rails via electronic chat with customer service. Representative was very helpful and indicated that ordering with this method, firment was guaranteed. If there is an issue, replacement and return shipping is free.

I am trying to return a Bug Deflector I just received that does not fit and is poorly designed, and I have exchanged emails and talked to their customer service department but they won't give me return info. They keep sending me requests for pictures and part numbers which they already have from me. Their website says "easy returns even if you simply don't like the product", but that is clearly not the case. I suspect I will end up having to dispute the charge on my credit card to get my money back and once this is over I definitely will not buy from them again.

Ordered a truck bed cover. As soon as I hit order I noticed Paypal had the wrong address. I emailed the company within 30 seconds of placing my order and called them the next morning. They still shipped it out to the wrong address. Didn't respond to my email for a couple days. I give them credit that they filed a claim with FedEx quickly, but that was it. No follow up and the receiver can't do anything. I contacted FedEx multiple times. They said the claim was for the wrong item. RealTruck said it was not. Either way the package was delivered and I'm out $300. Crazy in this world of technology that you can't change an address 30 seconds after you place an order. More frustration with FedEx on this but RealTruck, too. Have to order a new one. Mind as well use a different place and hopefully they use UPS. Also noticed RealTruck is not on BBB which is concerning.
Hello Scott, I am sorry that the incorrect address was used for your order and we were not able to change the address on our end before it had shipped. We requested FedEx to reroute the package, the same day you notified us of the error, to the correct address and they were not able to update that in time before it was delivered. The resident at the incorrect address also notified us that they received the package and we scheduled FedEx to come to pick up the package to ship it to your correct address. It is scheduled to be delivered to the correct address on 3/10. We have updated the ticket to reflect your new tracking number. If you wish to move forward with a return, please notify us through your ticket.

Real Truck has changed my delivery date four times extending it and when I chat or talk to someone they say they will put in a ticket and someone will call me that day. And no one gets back to me. I want a 100% refund on my credit card and cancel my order.

So I pick up the phone to see if I needed a promo code or something. Turns out I don't. They just switch the price and hope you just go through with the transaction. After speaking with the sales rep I made similar comments as I'm making here. The rep was very nice and professional. It's the only reason I'm giving one star. Sleazy guys. Just sleazy.
