I first bought the Gator vinyl cover to save some money as it was going on a truck we did not plan on using everyday, but after installing I instantly found it was not going to work for us. Customer service helped me get the cover returned and helped me purchase the Gator FX in the same call. I received a return label the next day, and the money returned to me in 2 days, and the new cover received the day after that. I'm very happy with the service received.

For every parts I ordered I was sent the wrong ones 3 separate times and another 2 other times on other parts. And still have to send back mud flaps because they were the wrong size as well.

My email /acct was blocked for fraud without reasonable reason. And without telling me. I had to make A LOT of calls to be made aware. Ended up ordering and paying through PAYPAL! Completely unnecessary. Will see if my item will be delivered in good condition.
